Rates were very fair. Breakfast is good - would be nice if it was completely ready by the stated time - often had to wait for the hot items. Location close enough to shopping, restaurants, and downtown Nashville. Second time staying here and will return.

The rooms were old and dirty looking. The hallways smelled of smoke. I am assuming this is from when it ok to smoke there. The staff was rude. It was a horrible stay.

it was definitely adequate for staying -- some hotels are dingy or in need of an upgrade. This place was not fancy but it was clean and the staff was very helpful. You could tell that the efforts were there to make your stay as comfortable as possible. I did appreciate that. Internet was free but a bit spotty to stay connected and a tad slow. Breakfast […] was free but could use a quality upgrade...all I could eat were bananas and oatmeal from a package. Why not offer more fresh fruit when it's in season instead of fruit loops? I never received my wake up calls June 3rd through 7th and asked at the desk every night and every morning for a 5 AM wake up call. I returned June 9th and STILL DID NOT GET MY wake up call on the 10th.

The hotel was clean and in a safe location. It was very convenient to my conference in the cool springs area. The room was small for 2 twin beds, but the space was utilized very well with room for a microwave and small refridgerator. I would stay here again.

The room smelled like it had just been painted...it also was disappointing that there was not a tub. The shower leaked water on the floor. The hallway also smelled like someone had been smoking.

Cool Springs Galleria and a lot of other shops less than half mile and many great restaurants. Try Cozy mels for Mexican, Buca for Italian. Less than 30 minutes from Opry Mills and Mall at Green Hills. Clean , staff very friendly.

Would stay again, hotel and room felt safe, was clean, had a good breakfast, was in a great location and was affordable. Just in case this matters my room had a stand up shower only, not a problem for me but if you need a tub you need to make sure thats available

I had to call for directions when my gps took me to the mall instead of the hotel (this is not the hotel's fault) and Jim stayed on the phone with me until I was there. Hotel was fine for the money - we needed two rooms we could sleep in during a 19-hour road trip, and this was an inexpensive way to go. Staff was very friendly, good conentinental breakfast, non-smoking room was definitely non-smoking, and minimal pet fee charged. Overall, it met our expectations.

We checked in @ last min. dinner appointment. The room had just been painted and the oder was to strong. They changed to a another room that had not been redone. Convenient location in Cool Springs area. Quiet area. Renovations underway on third floor but didn't seem noisy or distracting while we were there. Pool area clean and neat. Average breakfast included in price. Room key required for entrance to building but lock on first floor window defective.

Clean, quiet, comfortable room at a good price. Plus a nice, breakfast with 'hot ' options. Our only problem was the gps couldn't find the place due to a street name change.

This hotel is in need of a few upgrades, but I understand they have new owners so hopefully they will make some changes. The breakfast buffet is nice. The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and in a safe area.

A spur of the moment reservation based upon a spur of the moment need ended up to be a very pleasant stay. Clean room with friendly and accommodating staff. Would definitely recommend to anyone in need of an economical room in the area.

Hotel was comfortable and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Only negative was the desk...not very useful because it had the t.v. and microwave on it...left very little space to work. Otherwise hotel was great.

I arrived at the hotel in desperate need of quiet seclusion for the night. When I explained that to the front desk person, she responded she had the perfect room location. And she did. Cudos to the evening front desk person.

The price was very good for the area. For a room where all you plan to do is get a good nights sleep, it was a value. The room had a chemical odor when you walked in. I opened the window to air it out a little. The shower did not work well at all. Very little pressure and not very hot. The primary disapointment.

I stayed at this Sleep Inn with my mother for Black Friday weekend shopping in the Nashville area. This hotel is literraly a block away from Cool Springs Galleria mall, and close to several other retailers. Everything was clean, the staff was nice, and the beds were comfy. Lots of food (sit down and drive-thru) close by. The only complaint I guess […] I'd have is that the desk clerk who checked us in told us there would be a refrigerator in our room. We got to the room, no fridge. I called to let her know, and she said she'd have it brought up in the morning. We came back from shopping the next afternoon, no fridge.
