"Good Hotel with a few issues"

Good points -- room was very clean, bed was really comfortable, staff was helpful and friendly, price was very reasonable, especially for area. Bad points -- only ice machine working in the entire hotel was located on the first floor. All others were out of order. I had only lukewarm water one morning when I showered, though it was hot for all others. The air conditioning in my room began to vibrate loudly when it kicked on -- so much so I slept in earplugs. The hotel staff did offer to move me.

"great room not great price"

This was a great room in a great location near many shopping stores and food locations. I did however expect so much more for the price i paid. But the beds and pillows were very comfy and the bathroom was good and clean.

Good hotel for the money. Nothing fancy, but the staff is friendly, the room was extremely clean and the beds were comfortable. Downsides -- the complimentary breakfast is very minimal, the only functional ice machine was on the first floor, and I ran out of hot water if I showered during normal morning rush hours. Also, the cooling unit in my room was extremely loud. The staff offered to move me, but I just slept in ear plugs. For me, the cleanliness of the room, comfort of the bed, politeness of the staff, and total cost made up for the other drawbacks.

The first room we was assigned to had the smell of a dog. I went to clerk and he gave us another room. In this room, when I turned the air on the control panel had hundreds of black ants, I took care of it with a heavy spray of hairspray. The room was much better than our first room, we had lots of towels and we liked that it had a shower only- no tub which we never use in a hotel or motel anyway. The desk clerks were very nice. The location was great for what we had traveled to Nashville to visit.

The Hotel was fine, it was the bed! Wore out!!!! I could not sleep at all it's like you rolled to the middle of the bed.And the walls were thin.

This was the second time I booked a hotel from hotels.com and it was even better than the first. Aside from the close proximity to Nashville, it was located in a beautiful area and the staff was wonderful in directing us to the location since we hadn't really researched the address very well. The room was clean and well appointed and we would definitely stay there again.

It was a very nice hotel for the money. Nice and quiet and comfortable. The breakfast is a nice touch, the food was good too. I would highly recommend this hotel. Came on a volleyball tournament and this was just the kind of place we needed. Thanks!!

"Great location, outdated appearance"

The location was great, but the room was very small and outdated in appearance. The bed was uncomfortable (minimal padding) compared to other places we've stayed. We've also been able to find rooms at different hotels with more space and many more amenties for less or equal to the price we paid. The location is great, the staff is friendly, but because of what you get for the price, I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

This hotel had the best service, pool, breakfast, and rooms I have ever stayed in. We plan to do this again with our family in 2009!! You will not find a better place to stay near Nashville TN.
