Don't get a suite! Suites are in a separate building, with totally inadequate parking.... had to park on back lot and walk a block. Room was clean and comfortable, but couldn't lock the door behind me.

Nice hotel with clean room, good breakfast, friendly front desk. Good quallity but 2 full size beds are too small for 4 adults. Made for a cramped night. Parking is tight as the hotel is right next to an Outback Steakhouse and shared parking spaces.

Right by several restaurants within walking distance. Clean, friendly staff, was under renovations while there but the room was exceptional so they are doing great. Only complaint we had was clubhouse smelled strange and a little dirty due to renovating but the room by far made up for it.

Good location and clean facility. The beds were quite hard and the room gave me a claustrophobia feeling. There is no bath only shower and the breakfast was okay for hotel food. They did have good coffee. We ate breakfast elsewhere and honestly I will find something else. I was tireder after staying there than before I arrived.

I was pleasantly surprised by the great condition of the hotel, cleanliness of the rooms after seeing a so-so rating for the hotel. I will stay here every time I am in Edmond. There are two restaurants right next door, and a rental car company on the other side, other restaurants and shopping around the corner. Wonderful stay!

Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good. We did have some noisy neighbors down the hall. My only complaint would be that the hairdryer quit working and we called the desk and the young lady said she would bring one up right away, 30 min later we walked down to the desk to ask about the hairdryer and she said she had forgotten. […] We have stayed at this Sleep Inn location 3 times recently and each time has been a pleasant experience. Constant shower drip which could be heard through a closed door and pillows on the head. Second night place was overrun with children running through hallways, slamming doors etc...Hotel staff did nothing. This place was a dive plain and simple.

Our stay was just for one night. so almost any old hotel would have been OK as long as it was clean and comfortable. This one was probably one of the easier ones to locate in this unfamiliar place. We did not use any of the "services", so can't comment on that. However we were disturbed by an overhead guest "stomping around" late at night.

Grateful for the low expense to have our pet with us in the room. TP was still in the toilet, entryway light for room was dirty, bedspread was kind of gross too. Pretty rooms but for us that own our RV but chose not to use it and get a hotel, much prefer our RV.

Its a great hotel to stay at. Not only are you located a very convenient location to go out for dinner, drinks, coffee and many more venue in the proximity. I choose this hotel because I was going to a family wedding and taking my nephew. My nephew likes to swim and it is good bonding time for us. The main concern was to get an indoor pool. When we arrived, we right away had issues with the toilet overflowing. We went to the pool to try it out, then return to see if I could get the toilet to work. We had a microwave, refrigerator, free wifi and a yummy continental breakfast. the breakfast had waffles, eggs & sausage one day, then waffles, Biscuits & gravy & sausages the next, amongst all of the other choices. Now back to the pool, the hot tub seemed OK, the pool was icy cold & tasted like urine. Just getting the water on my mouth, it evoked the vomit reflex. Many kids swam at the various times we did, my nephew even commented on the nasty taste & he is only 6 years old. Overall, the hotel is very satisfactory for the price. we had reserved a room 3wks earlier, and when we chaecked th eclerk gave us our room that was on the first floor, we went to our car and she ran out after us saying that someone else had been put in that room. we ended up on hte 2nd floor. the air conditioner did not work, clerk wanted to know at mdnight if we would be willing to change rooms, we asked […] if there was at least a fan, after some time they called back stating no fan. we ended up opening the windows that had no screens on them. thank goodness for fall nights. The hotel was going through a remodel and after a long drive and a late night we woke up very early the next morning to a drill and a hammer a couple of rooms down our hallway. Our floor was torn apart with dust, carpet torn up furniture bunched up in corners, etc... I spoke to the front desk and was given a mild apology. I would have expected a warning […] upon check in that the hotel was under construction and given the opportunity to stay in another location. Instead, once the workers started on Saturday morning their was no turning back and I could not get checked out quick enough. I was charged twice for my room, still not resolved. Tried several times to fix the problem, but staff was either too inexperienced or rude to fix the problem. Manager said she would be down to fix the problem in five to ten minutes, but an hour later was still not there. I was late for the appointment that I stayed at the hotel to make the appointment […] on time for. Called later to see if the issue was resolved, and the manager was rude and treated me like an idiot. The hassle and abysmal customer service was not worth the money of staying at this hotel. This hotel was under construction at the time of my stay. No indication of this was provided to me when I booked the hotel. The place was a mess and my room was covered in dry-wall dust. No breakfast was provided because of the construction. Very disappointed in my stay.

The Desk clerk was a very friendly , courteous, helpful young woman and she was very attractive and groomed. She had a very positive attitude was efficient and knowledgable. She ran the front desk and in the mornings also kept the Breakfast room clean and well stocked.
