Staff was pleasant and helpful. Near a Walmart and Macys, Sears, JC Penney shopping mall if you need to buy things for your child when you visit them at Buffalo University.

The room was very noisey, because every 2second I here water running all night from toilet.

New,clean,good continental breakfast,free paper for first floor guests.Friendly staff.Pepsi products only was a bummer.Room considerably cheaper through this service than directly from desk manager no negotiating rate on site.Kind of silly.

We really enjoyed our stay at your hotel. The staff was friendly, the pool and hot tub clean. The room was nice and comfortable. We will be back!

We were really impressed with this property. It was immaculate and you really had the feeling that they cared about cleanliness and appearance. We rated maintenance at a "4" because the toilet paper holder was broken. :)

This hotel was really nice, the breakfast wasnt the greatest but when its free you dont really complain. They even had a computer for the guests to use in case you forgot your directions!!!

I stayed here for a hockey tournament at the Amherst Pepsi Center. Although further away than I thought, it only took 5 minutes to get to the rink on the highway. It was small, clean, quiet, not hard to find. Make it yourself waffles for breakfast got me through most of my drive back to Philly.

Good price-- rooms were clean and comfortable though smaller than most. The facility was nice and in a good location. I would have liked an on-site exercise room.

Enjoyed the pool/hot tub. Beds are harder than I prefer.

The hotel staff was very helpful with letting us know where different facilities in the hotel were, if we wished to use them. They were also very friendly. When we entered the room we were pleased at how clean and comfortable it was. The bed was one of the best beds I've ever slept in. The overall experience was outstanding. I will definitely recommend it to other people.

30% less than other chains. Room was clean, comfortable, small but well laid out and efficient. Breakfast was OK-ish but about what you get at other joints. Pool was being worked on. Could use a small workout room with a treadmill. Staff was great. Another reviewer commented on how expensive Buffalo is. He's right. I travel to Buffalo a lot and have been searching for a solid affordable hotel. I think I found it. Will definitely try other Sleep Inns in other cities. Hope I get the same experience. I recommend this one on Niagara Falls Blvd.

When I found out that I had to work late, I called the hotel to make sure that checking in late wouldn't be a problem and they let me know that it wasn't a problem at all. When we got there the gentleman at the desk was very helpful in letting us know where everything was in the hotel if we needed it. The room was very comfortable. I wish I could've taken the pillows home with me. The bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept in. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Very nice comfort level and amenities such as comfortable bed, flat screen tv and roomy desk with easy to access internet portal. Only problem is with difficult to see entrance. Need better signage for entrance.

The rooms were adequate and kept clean, the staff was very helpful, the pool and jacuzzi were great though the chlorine was a little strong, a very nice place to stay and easy to get to off the highway. Free internet!

The entrance door mat looked soiled, but everything else seemed spotless. Accomodations were very comfortable.

Nice hotel, pretty clean, a little old. Buffalo is pretty expensive. This is a good central location for highways, airport, and malls.

We stayed for 1 night simply to visit the falls the following day. Nice room, clean, free breakfast, nice staff, etc... Has a pool, didn't use it, but if you have kids, I'm sure you'll find it a bounus. Hotel is just off the HWY, but a bit of a drive to the falls. We would crash there again if in the area.

I enjoyed this hotel in the winter and thought it was ok in summer. The only thing that detracted from the stay is the AC. Seemed too noisy and not clean; had allergic reaction, slept with window open, no screens in window.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Our only concerns were the fact that the room was very small (it didn't even have a closet - there was an armoire which contained the ironing board and a few hangers), and the breakfast left a bit to be desired. The only protein that was served was hard boiled eggs. There was one waffle maker that was in much demand, and only 2 kinds of cereal were offered. It could have been enhanced w/some yogurt and more cereal varieties. It was, however, very well maintained and supplies were frequently replenished. We very much appreciated the fact that the whole establishment smelled and looked clean and fresh. The cookies and popcorn in the evenings were a nice touch.

Loved the decent room..cleanliness and the proximity to the town.

Our room was small but very well appointed. Large flat-screen tv, high speed internet, HBO, modern decor, walk-in shower with massage settings, crisp white bedding. Bought a bottle of wine but had no corkscrew, front desk employee gave us one at no cost. Excellent continental breakfast. Very clean pool & spa area. We would definitely stay there again.

We were in town for a Dance Competition, so we had teenage girls with us. The pool was a hit...very clean. The complimentary breakfast was wonderful...fresh fruit, fresh bagels, even hard boiled eggs. The room and bath were very clean, my only disappointment was the size of the room. We had 2 adults and one teenager in our room and it was tight.

The room was clean and the bed pretty comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was nice - better than the usual continental that is offered. The pool and jacuzzi looked nice though we didn't have time to use it. The location was good for what we needed it for and it was close to the 290 so easy to jump on and off. I would stay here again - nothing fancy but clean and comfortable and good for a short trip.

This was a good hotel for a couple of nights, reasonably close to Niagara Falls. The pool was a hit with our kids. Free wireless only works in the lobby. Breakfast was decent and included make-your-own waffles one morning. The room with 2 doubles also accomodated a rollaway for $10 a night.
