It was a wonderful stress free stay that was needed. New remodeling that has taken place to this Hotel is a plus. Convenience to the off and on the freeway was a definite plus. Yes I would stay there again, also staff was helpful and friendly.

Fine hotel which will be better once re-model is done. Re-model did not affect us. As of April 2013 they are laying new carpet in some common areas. It would also be good if they used other than styrofoam containers/plates for the continental breakfast.

Couldn't get the room block for the event hotel, took a chance on this one. Close by TRAC, about 2 miles, and easy freeway access. Very happy to check into a newly remodeled room, very nicely appointed with very comfortable beds! The whole location is being redone and should be fab when finished. Looked like a nice breakfast, busy with guests, but didn't […] try it myself. Only one drawback, if you can't navigate stairs, ask for a ground floor room or look elsewhere, no elevator here. The staff were extremely pleasant and I liked the layout and comfort of the room. The breakfast was pretty good - a few juices, some fruit, yogurt, cereal available, plus waffles or biscuits and gravy. But the pool and hot tub were not functioning for part of our stay and we definitely had to drive to the nearest restaurants and shopping areas.

Friendly service, good location, and inexpensive, but the room was pretty dated, a little loud, and there are no restaurants close by. It served its purpose for needing a place to sleep, and the bed was pretty comfy!

The rooms were very small. For the price, I was expecting something a little larger. One queen bed, very small bathroom with standup shower. Sink was outside the bath. Nice breakfast and pool however.

Nothing fancy, but it's easily located off the freeway, there's a strip mall within a 5 minute drive with anything you could need, the room was clean, pretty quiet especially being so close to the freeway, and we had everything we needed. Just wanted a simple, affordable place to stay for a wedding and this was it!

While this hotel is not centrally located, it is easily accessible by interstate. We have stayed here many times when attending the unlimited hydroplane races in the Tri-Cities in July. The morning breakfast is quite good and well maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful. A good value, especially during a high tourist week.

Although this hotel is in the middle of nowhere - if you don't have a car - it is by far the most wonderful place to stay. The reception staff are all amazing - especially Victoria. She is the friendliest person and is genuinely interested in everyone. She even brought me herbal tea from her home to help me with a sore throat. The rooms are a nice […] size and clean. The room comes with a bar fridge (not every hotel has them which is a problem if you have medications that need to be refridgerated), and microwave (the hotel sells very reasonably priced frozen dinners), and has the most wonderful snack vending machine. Most importantly there is a guest laundry that is quite cheap. They had a wonderful (included) breakfast selection!. Even though I requested that the bed didn't need to be made up (new sheets not needed) my maid/s still tidied up my bed and it looked and felt made up even without new sheets (this didn't happen in other hotels where my bed was not even slightly tidied). My bathroom was also clean - thanks to the maid/s So to sum up - love this hotel and highly recommend it to everyone :-) Read more
