I stayed at the hotel as a guest for a wedding. The wedding service was a disaster. Guests (girls soccer team) staying at the hotel worked their way on to the dance floor as uninvited guests. The food was poor (steaks were all super rare)...... and in the room.... no hot water...... and the walls were kind of thin, as heard dog barking for a good part of the nite.

We stayed here when visiting MUSIKFEST and were helped tremendously by Jack, the Motel's Driver. He was friendly, prompt and a real help to us shuttling us back and forth to the Fairgrounds....He's Great!

We were traveling with several other families. Our family booked 2 double rooms and asked they be close together. The closest they could get us was on opposite ends of the same floor, but they upgraded one of the rooms to a very nice suite, which made the stay especially nice because we were able to invite everyone back to our room.

I was awakened early in the morning by water spraying from the airconditioner onto my face.

This hotel was clean, modern, and nicely furnished. The staff were very nice and extremely helpful.

Hotel is a full service hotel with a restaurant and bar. They have a very knowledgeable shuttle driver that can take you to local attractions. The staff was very courteous and even allowed us to check out an hour late. It is also located directly across the street from the airport.

This place was a very nice and very clean hotel. They had everything you needed and customer service was wonderful. The pool was great. Everthing about the place we loved.

I would definatelty reccommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area. It was roomy and clean and an overall good value.

Non smoking hotel smelled of cigarette smoke in the halls. Rooms smelled like urine. Room was supposed to be cleaned by 3pm, never was done. Staff rude and belligerant.

Over all the place was nice and clean. A good price!! I wish they had more tv channels like HBO. I didn't like the fact that a refrigator was placed on the floor next to the bed. Odd place to have it. The spa and pool are very clean and nice to go in. I will be BACK!!!

The location was great and close to everything, the only bad thing was that the air conditioner wasn't blowing cold air the first night, luckily it was fixed. The pool was really nice and so was the gym. Overall, the place was good for the money!

All things about the hotel are great, but if you get stuck in room looking out onto the indoor pool don't expect to get any sleep before 11PM or after 5AM . Either the revellers will keep you up or the pool maintenence will. Very bad constuction error. Ask first about the room location or go elsewhere.

Upon our arrival, the room did not have the requested refrigerator and microwave. They did bring it shortly, however there was no table or stand to put it on, they just sat it on the floor. This made it very difficult to get in and out of the refrigerator. Also, the coffee maker was on a shelf, under the television and could not be removed so you had to get on your knees to add the water. Also, on the second day, the coffee pot was not cleaned and there were no new cups left for our use. I had to go to the front desk to obtain some. For a person with handicap status it was not a very user friendly room

Overall for the money it was a good room. My stay was less than 12 hours. The room was clean and looks recently remodel. I have two issues with the room. First, only one bath towel in the bath room; several hand towels and wash cloths. The second was the HVAC; the unit was control by a thermostat on the wall. The problem was when the unit turned on the warm air blew up and over the armoire onto the thermostat turning it off before the rest of the room was warmed. I would think this also happens with the A/C in the summer with the reverse effect.

Hotel was good. Too much noise, too many children loud in the halls - it was Valentine's Day/Night. Not hotel's fault guests can't control their children. The towels were kinda scratchy. Other than that, nice place.

Was very pleased with the service and amenities, such as swimming pool. Yet heating in the room was unbelievably loud - had to keep pillow on top of my head all night long!

Nice place for the money

I went for a night with a girlfriend to escape the hubbies and the kids and have a girls night. The hotel was very clean. The food was delicious and the staff courteous and accomodating. The price was just right. I would recommend it to anyone!

The description of the hotel talked about a heated indoor pool and whirlpool which was the primary reason for picking this hotel in the area. I thought that price was acceptable considering the pool. However, when I went to use the pool, the pool was barely heated, and the whirlpool was colder than the pool and wouldn't turn on. All of which was very disappointing. When I returned to my room to heat up after a short and cold trip to the pool, the water in my bath tub was yellow and looked like pee. Not what you want when you are trying to get clean! The hotel was nice, but not worth the money I paid for the room!

The staff was very helpful with directions and other requests. The rooms are comfortable, clean and well-appointed. The location is great for eastern PA sites and attractions. It's a bit "off-the-beaten track", so traffic was minimal. I would definitely tell my friends about this hotel!

I would stay there again. Clean and comfortable.

I always use hotels.com to make our hotel reservations when we are traveling which we often are. I am usually more than happy with the choices I make, but, boy did I make a bad one this time. This Sheraton is really kind of a pit. The first room they put us in smelled so heavily of MOLD that I immediately called the front desk so we could moved to another room. While the rooms are rather small, they are ok but the halls and outer building need a lot of work. The hotel looked great on the Internet pix but what a disappointment the real thing is. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone and probably would never stay at any Sheraton Hotel again. Sorry, but I have never had to give any of the hotels we have stayed at this kind of rating, but the truth is the truth. What a bummer!!!!

The front desk personnel was very pleasant and gave us instructions to our room. I did not try the restaurant or bar, but the music inside the bar was good. My nephews had a great time at the indoor pool. I would book a night at this hotel again.

Overall, a very clean, nice hotel. The front desk personnel were very helpful. The only (minor) problem was we could not get wireless access for our computer in the room. But there was a computer in the lobby we could use.

Although lobby was under construction, the staff was very pleasant and helpful. Be aware the hotel is located adjacent to a small regional airport, so you can hear a plane overhead once in a while. Good value for the money.

If you don't mind that you can't control the room temperature or very small beds, or airplanes flying ALL NIGHT long over top the hotel, then this hotel is for you!! The pool area and spa was great, and the room was clean and maid service was great. The restaurant located in the hotel had a wonderful breakfast buffet with a chef there to make waffles, omelets, pancakes, etc.

I was impressed with the hotel, although there was rennovations going on it was still quiet nice. Rooms were good size and service was great. Room service didn't operate after 10:00P.M. but that was o.k.

The hotel was under construction. No elevators.

This was a very cute hotel. You should be aware that there are no elevators and only three stories so the rooms are very spread out and it is kind of like a maze. The room I was in appeared recently renovated and was decorated with some modern furnishings. Of course the bed was very comfortable and the room was exceedingly clean. Anyone who stays at this hotel should know that though the hotel is non-smoking, smoking is permitted in the bar area. At night on the weekends it turns into a club and is a notorious "cougar" bar. The noise is confined to the bar, though, so it doesn't disturb your rest. It was an added bonus for us though, as we found the patrons of the bar very entertaining.

Bar/Restaurant area was fun! Food was excellent. Awesome quality!
