Our overall stay was very nice. The room's furniture was old and broken. Breakfast service was very slow, hotel needs more staff. Food was great, but it took over an hour to get with very few guests. With all of that said, I will absolutely stay there again.

The Hotel was great. The staff was on top of everything and knew what to do and how to do it. The rooms were in good shape and clean. The only issue we had was the bar tender/ waiter on wed night was horrible. The first glass he poured kicked the keg and instead of changing it he suggested we switch to something different. He also seemed to be missing […] for 15 to 20 min at a time. We had waited for a while to get a refill and service. We wanted to order food and by the time he found his way back he said the litchen was closed at 8pm witch seemed odd seeing we ate at 830 on monday. Other than that i would use the hotel again. Not a terrible stay, but I chose this hotel because it listed a hot tub and of course after looking forward to a deep soak after a long day on the road it was out of order... With so many other comparable hotels in the area I can't see myself staying here again.

Hotel was very clean and bed was very very comfortable. There were a few stains in the tub so I wouldn't take a bath but it was fine for a shower. We even got a room upgrade when we got there. This was a very good place to stay. It was perfect for our weekend at the Celtic Classic. The one weird thing was that the hotel did not have an elevator. However, we are able bodied and it was not an inconvenience. I recommend this hotel.

Forced out of our house due to power outage Place was warm, had hot water and electric. Both the bar and restaurant were closed for our stay, something we were looking forward to. On the Plus side there is a GREAT Mexican restaurant at the end of parking lot!!

When we arrived at the hotel and went to the front desk they told me there was a problem with my reservation and I would be unable to get the king bed room that reserved. I asked what the problem was and the attendant said they were over booked. I am 6ft 5in and i ordered the king bed to be comfortable. I was hoping for restaurants within walking distance. I was surely disappointed. There isn't anything within walking distance. When you check in they get a credit card for any incidentals. Let's just say you should review your statement when you get home. They charged me for 1 night of my stay that they should have charged Hotels.com considering I prepaid Hotels.com for my stay. They forgot to charge Hotels.com was what they said. I also have another charge from them that they can't explain. I have to speak with the district manager to get this resolved. For the price I think the room should have been better kept. There was a gross stain on the comforter and on the carpet. The bathroom wanted to be updated but they did such a shoddy job at it tying to make it look nice that the modern sink just didnt stand out. Also GE shower curtain was so gross with all if these stains. I mean how expensive is a shower […] curtain?!?? Replace it!! It was gross. I'm a pretty particular person so I might complain more than a regular person but if I had an option I wouldn't stay here again. We only came to spend the night since we went to Dorney park but for a longer stay I would pay more money and stay somewhere nicer. The front desk staff had a few people who were pretty incompetent. At first we were sent to the wrong room and had to walk alllllll the way back to the front desk to learn he gave us the wrong room number. So that just topped it off for me. There were no elevators, so they expected us to walk from the ground floor, up the stairs, with all our luggage. My spouse physically couldn't do it. We got a ground floor room then, but unfortunately it was quite a walking distance from the check in office, so we had to take all the luggage outside on a cart and as we wandered we finally found the […] area where we were housed and the view was not attractive as we walked down this long hall which made the place seem like a live in motel instead of a hotel. I know we paid much more than what our 1 night stay was worth. The phone in the room did not work, so we could not call the front desk. This is a converted Sheraton that is at least 30 years old. I think in some respects it is still that old. $.75 charge for local phone calls! Anyway, once I located and terminated the cricket that was chirping away and hiding in my bathroom and all of my neighbors turned in, I was finally able to get some sleep. The paper thin walls did not help.

Real pleasantly surprised with the hotel accomodations, cleanliness, comfort, quietness and service. The restaurant wasn't open for dinner, however, the bar had a nice menu, and the food, service and hospitality was A++++++! Kudos to the chef and our bartender/waitress! My only (minor) issue was the one cup coffee maker in the room and since we both […] drink regular (not decaf), we only had 1/2 cup a piece. I did not sleep at all,the room next door partied until 400am and I had to get up at 500am to do scuba diving.I called at 230am to complain the front desk called them but they continued to be loud and disrespectful.I was very unhappy.The only thing the hotel could do was to give me a free breakfast for myself and daughter.

Overall, I had a very pleasant stay. The room was very clean, the staff friendly and the location ideal. My only complaint was the hot tub located in the pool area. It wasn't working most of the time during my stay and when it was the water jets were very weak. Other than that, it's a great and affordable place to stay!

Well I stayed at this New Days Inn before when it was called Four Points Hotel several times and never encountered the stuff I did this time. This probley wasnt the hotels fault but the floor I was on was noisyl!! Talk about alot of disrespectful adults that stayed on my floor. The Hotel i was told changed flags from a Four Points to a Days Inn in June, however all the signage was still temporary... apparently they put up Plastic Banners on the sighs however at night the Four Points shines through the Banner and you cannnot see the Days inn sign... we had to drive by it 3 times ... then finally pulled in and saw a little days […] inn sign in the lobby... the towels were old, the blankets had holes in them and we got an air mattress and by 3 am it was out of air and my son ended up squished with us in the small beds... the Breakfast was a joke.... they were out of almost everything at 9am and they were serving breakfast until 10am... We were pleasantly surprised with the quality of this hotel. Very nice facility - indoor and outdoor pools. Pleasant staff that was willing to be of help.
