We had stayed at this hotel numerous times over the past year and had been pleased. This time we were given a room with a ledge they called a balcony the doors to which did not work. We requested a different room (there were no cars there so they weren't full by any means). They "upgraded" us to a suite, which was very nice, but the sleep number bed […] was broken so the mattress was deflated. The hotel needs a face lift. The hallways and the rooms shows its age. My room was not vacuumed the three days I stayed there, the work out room was missing weights and never had towels or water. We stayed here on the recommendation of the hotels.com representative. The price was good for one night. We were getting in late and leaving really early, so we just needed a place to sleep. Parking was hard to find, but we managed to find a spot near the front of the hotel. The room was a suite, sleeper sofa and kitchenette on one side, king size bed […] and bathroom on the other. The air conditioner did not cool at all, no matter what temperature setting. It stayed on all night long! The hot water faucet in the bathroom sink leaked and the water pressure in the shower was weak. When we arrived, I looked through the hotel information that was in the room. It said that the gift shop and the restaurant were both open until 10pm. However, that was not the case when I went to the gift shop for a bottle of water at 9pm. The restaurant was also closed. When I asked the bartender about the hours she told me that it was only opened in the morning. They should change their information in the rooms to reflect the new hours. This hotel has seen better days. New thermostat on wall didn't work so had to use the PTAC controls -- old school. One elevator was out while I was there. Small, uninviting lobby area. The hotel is close to Love aiport and will provide shuttle pickup but not to DFW. If I had a Do No Disturb sign in my room to place on my door, this stay would've been much better. Good thing is that housekeeping only knocked once for cleaning service. I waited 45 minutes for the airport shuttle after calling 4 times to complain. The rooms are very old and outdated. I had problems with the shower and had to call maintenance to get hot water. The sink water plunger was all corroded. I would not recommend this hotel!!Genuine Hotels.com guest review

I had to change rooms. I reported the TV channels not coordinated w/info card. They began a scan and did it twice and took forever. It was still trying after 45 minutes, so I just said I would move to another room. This was the dirtiest hotel we've ever stayed at. The carpets had countless stains on them (I don't want to know what the stains are) and had a layer of filth you could actually feel walking around. It never warmed up in the room, and the phone did not work properly. When I called downstairs, the operator did not care if the phone worked or not. I asked for a wakeup call, and other concerns. "Not too impressed"
I am usually not too picky about where I stay, but I don't think I'll ever stay at this Radisson again. The front desk lady was beyond rude, the entire interior needed some serious remodeling, the sleep number beds were very uncomfortable, we could hear all noises (phone ringing, talking etc) in the hall and surrounding rooms, the bathroom door locked […] and would not unlock, lighting was poor. The only positive here was Lamar. He worked at the front desk but also bent the rules for us and drove us less than a mile further than the hotel's 5 mile radius in the shuttle to the American Airlines Center. Seriously Radisson, your accommodations are not that great. The least you can do is offer your free shuttle to go 1/2 mile further to a big attraction like the AAC.
