It's not fabulous, but the location and in-room fridge are nice. Comfy rooms. The lighting in the room is awful and the windows were so dirty I couldn't see outside, but everything else was in nice shape.

The hotel is very nice and the hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The air condition in our room kept turning off randomly so it was a little uncomfortable to sleep when the room got hot. The hotel was ok enough for the price. It was Texas-OU weekend, which is why we were there, but the unfortunate thing was that it was fraternity/sorority central. Thus the hotel was really loud and full of partiers. The hotel managed it pretty well but it was still really loud and inconvenient.

Even though it was TX/OU weekend I expected more from this hotel. I called and confirmed the reservation for two rooms of double beds and a late check in. We got there and one of the rooms was a king and they didn't have any other double rooms available. They got us a cot and two breakfast coupons but how would you like to sleep 4 people that way. And […] breakfast coupons do not make up for it. Also our first room for the other room which was double beds was not cleaned, trash everywhere, spills, it was gross. Thankfully they had another room. The quality of the rooms was okay. There were red stains all over the carpet. Didn't have hot water for three days. On day one I reported it, they said they'd have it fixed. Day two, when I went down, they said it takes awhile for the system to heat up. I'll start this off by saying I am very low maintenance when it comes to most things. Basically my only requirements of this hotel stay were that I didn't pick up bed bugs (which I didn't), my car wasn't broken into (it wasn't), & that the location not be a million miles from Downtown Dallas (it was all of 10 minutes away). The Park Inn Radisson met […] all of those requirements, so I'm happy. The room was fairly small, but clean. I slept better on that bed than I have in a long time, it was very comfortable. The only faults were the state of the bathtub which looked to have a permanent layer of grime on the bottom, & the DirecTV connection would go out regularly. Of course I didn't travel all that way to watch King of the Hill reruns so I didn't stress over it much. I feel the hotel staff is so courteous and helpful. I do not like the inconvenience of Tuesday and Thursday evening, when the hotel allows a regular conference whose attendees take all available parking. The conference attendees should be made to park in the Garage or in the far back Lot by the Restaurant. The hotel could use an internal uplift .

It is a very good hotel for access to Love Field (airport). The free shuttle service to and from the airport can't be beat. They also let us park our car in their secure lot for free, saving us 14 days of airport parking. Also, our grandkids loved the pool.

Every staff member I encountered was very friendly and accommodating. Upon arrival in Dallas, I called the hotel about catching their shuttle. The woman I spoke with at the front desk immediately contacted the driver to give me a timeframe for when I could expect to see him. we were told we would have a room with a refrigerator and and microwave and upon checking in were told there would be neither in our room. Maid service was okay but would not come until about 4:00 p.m. every day. The shuttle service was good, but need to give quite a bit of advance notice when you needed it. The T.V. channnels were not very good, mostly […] news channels and could not get some of the national channels like ABC or NB C and no info on channels available. Overall our stay was quite pleasant. The room was actually cozy and clean however the two chairs should have been clean, they were stained and very noticeable. The front desk attendants were very professional, courteous , kind, helpful and pleasant. The price was very reasonable.

Pleasantly suprised by the hotel as I had seen other reviews. They provided a shuttle 24/7 to the airport. Room had coffee maker, small fridge and microwave. The only downside was TV channels were limited. I would stay there again.

The hotel checked my brother and me into our room. We were exhausted after a 5-hour drive and attending the show all day. To our surprise, the hotel double booked our room. We were sound a sleep, and the next thing we heard was the door opening to our room. The door was stopped by the latch, but we were both awaken and frightened. We thought we were […] being burglarized. I slammed the door shut and tried to go back to bed. About 35 minutes later the phone rang, and it was the front desk explaining that we somehow were not registered on their computer. They said they were sorry and offered a free breakfast. Stayed here first night of visit and was very happy with the staff, the free shuttle to surrounding area and airport came in handy. Good deal for the price. Next night I stayed at Hilton, at twice the price, with no shuttle service, felt cheated a little. Hilton was updated more but I just want a place to sleep.

the "sleep number" bed was broken, one side was hard as a rock while the other was like a deflated balloon. the cleaning crew didn't leave any coffee the second night, or even clean the table the coffee maker was on, and there was no sugar for the coffee. there was no ice maker in the entire wing we stayed in. the air conditioner made noises like it […] was on but the room was not cooled enough even after being on for a full day while we were out. the location wasn't on the best side of town. there is no little fridge in the room thank god we brought our own cooler, we have a baby who drinks milk often. the sink smelled awful when the water was on. all in all i will never stay at this hotel again i was very disappointed and it looks nothing like it looked in the photos. This is a poorly maintained hotel. I have been to a Super 8 that looks 4 star compared to this hotel. The photos on the site have been PhotoShoped. Hotel should be down graded to 2 star. No wi-fi in room, ice machine did not work, burn holes in comforter and stains on the other. They are satisfied with barely getting by.
