We arrived late night and very tired. Upon arrival even we had paid fully in advance for 2 nights, they told us they are sold out and they wanted to give us a room which was not requested by us. Upon consistent request they gave us a room which was not bad.Front desk attendant was not very friendly either.

I was there for a convention that was going on in the hotel center. It was nice and convenient. My only complaint was no premium chanels like Showtime, HBO etc. I like watching these as I relax in the evening.

The hotel was clean and well maintained, however we were on a vacation and the carpet left much to be desired. The color was very drab and it dulled the ambiance of the room not that the room has any ambiance. The hotel was under renovation, so upon entry there was construction in progress. This is ridiculous for vacationers who came to enjoy the beautiful scenery. There was no free internet acess as advertised, no free refridgerator. If you broke the lock on the one in the room, you had to pay even if you did not use anything. We called for a microwave and was given a dirty one with a very strong odor of caffeine. We had to thoroughly clean it out. The two bottled water left in the bathroom costed $4.00 each if you broke the seal. I would not go back there. I've stayed in much better Sheratons in the USA.I prefer to pay the extra money and go somewhere that when i wake up or enter the room I can see a beautiful scenery both in and out of the room. Not to mention our room overlooked the roof of another part of the building with all the pipes etc.
