The Westin was perfect! Stayed in a suite with friends for a weekend away. The hotel was clean and the service was great. The location is perfect for walking and dining in the old port and totally accessible if you want to spend time downtown or further North. No complaints!

We only stayed the one night at Place d'Armes hotel, on our way back to Vancouver and then home, but we wished we had more time, and will return. The hotel staff were both welcoming and efficient (not a combination one often finds), and the hotel itself was immaculate in every respect. The room was flawless in its design, the bed was soft enough to be comfortable, but not so soft as to feel like one is clambering from a bean-bag, upon rising, (as I found in so many hotels in the States!) I particularly appreciated that the designers had eschewed a bath/shower combination in the large bathroom, and installed a large, stone-clad, walk-in shower with a beautiful glass shower screen, instead. The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring Old Town Montreal by foot, which was just what we wanted to do, since we only had the one night. When we checked out, we left our luggage with Place D'Armes, mentioned when we would return for our flight and, when we did, a taxi was already awaiting us. Immaculate service.

"Sheraton Laval Hotel a most !!!!!!"
Everything was perfect.. I was traveling with husband and 2 kids 6 and 11.. We sleep like baby's it was more then comfortable .. We when for a swim .. We just love the place.. The staff was amazing!

Although the hotel lobby was nice in my opinion this hotel is not a 3&1/2 star hotel. The beds were comfortable, but in the room there was a picture missing from the wall, a hole in the wall near the bed, the top linens on the bed had a spot on them which didn't look like it had been laundered. We stayed with two children. One who is 14, one who is […] 9. We had two double beds only and the hotel would not send up a roll away. The pool was comfortable, but moderately crowded. I would stay here again as long as my trip was similiar and I wasn't planning on staying in the room for any extended period of time. Read more

Hotel located about half hour from montreal in city of Laval accros the parking lot from big mall , you need to take bus and metro to get to the city.Building has been renowated and is in good shape with minor problems here and there.Service is perfect,staff on top level and speak english. "Great short term hotel"
Nicely maintained. Friendly and helpful staff. Very close to largest shopping mall in the area and access to freeway to get elsewhere. Not close to other sites of Montreal or public transportation. Great for overnight stay or a couple of nights if you have business in the area.

Pool was terrific bonus! Hotel said no rooms were available for adjoining but all rooms connected. Room did not have a hairdryer for some reason. would stay there again.

went for a girls weekend comprised of relaxing and shopping and this hotel did the trick. the rooms were clean and well appointed and the hotel was located beside one of the biggest malls in Quebec! we used the Amerispa for some treatments and they were well priced and professional. My only complaint would be that some of the services in the pool area […] (i.e. ice exfoliation and finish sauna) were not functioning. Also, the hotel boosts the pool area as part of the spa experience however it was noisy, dirty and not relaxing in the least. Overall, it was a great trip and I would definetly return. Read more

"Recent stay - Sheraton Laval"
We just came back from this hotel and overall...it was a great experience. The location is second to none especially if you are planning to do some shopping next door (Carrefour Laval). This is why we went down in the first place. You could literally walk over in 30 seconds. The only minor complaint I had (I'm being somewhat picky) but the mattress […] in my room was a little too soft and thus, we didn't sleep all that great. I had been to other Sheraton hotels in the past and I found the mattresses to be in much better shape. Perhaps I just got the wrong room or I'm too picky :) Either way...this is my review. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel again and I a plan to book with them for my next visit to laval. Read more
Excellent venue since they renovated. I received an unrequested upgrade to Club Floor. The fitness centre and pool area have been upgraded with new equipment. The staff is extremely nice and accommodating. Nicest hotel in the area and across from a great mall. I am coming back again and again.

Wow!!! The Sheraton hotel was beautiful, the staff was very helpful. The amount of that i payed for one night for two people was worth it. I joined the room and specially the bed that was extremely confortable. I will recommand this hotel to other people.
Overall, the hotel exceeded my expectations. The rooms were very comfortable and well equipped to meet my business needs. I would definitely recommend this location for both personal and business needs

Le lieu stratégique de l'hôtel nous a également facilité la vie... Si nous revenons a Laval c'est certainement au Sheraton que nous irons.

Tres bien situer pour aller manger ou magasiner mais meme si nous etions situer au 7 ieme etage il y avait beaucoup de bruit causer par l'autoroute pour le reste picine spas sauna bain vapeur nous avons relaxer a merveille! !!
