The elevator was broken, the internet was down (both the ethernet in the room and the wifi in the lobby), and the carpet in my room was wet. It was otherwise fine, but this was a disappointing experience.

It was what we needed a pet friendly hotel for a reasonable price close to Philly. A few issues we had were once we arrived Saturday evening around 430pm we go unpacked an settled down, then around 6pm went down for dinner and a drink. But the bar wasn't open and we were directed across the street to the other Sheraton suites. The second time was a […] Monday afternoon around 130-2pm again we were looking for a drink and something to eat and again the bar was closed. It was defiantly an inconvenience to walk in the cold and drizzle twice to get a drink and some food. No WIFI in the room, only in the lobby--a big inconvenience in this day and age. Essentially no restaurant--extremely limited food selections.Entrance to hotel has a parking station that requires a card to get in and out. Staff is very busy at desk and it was a bit difficult to get card stamped when leaving. Complete traffic nightmare trying to leave on the morning of the marathon with so many people trying to get there. Manager would not allow us to have a late check out when we were there for the marathon--not friendly for an out of towner that's spending a lot of money in your city. Was told checkin was 11am and when I came from Delaware was told could not check in until 3pm. I came to Philly for Eagles game. Paid cash for my parking ticket and was later charged again on my VISA. I will not be coming back.

The quietness of the next room should keep it down after midnight. Guests make noises around 2:30am and very inconsiderate for other guest who stays in next door. The hotel should have a small shop for guest can buy the souvenirs. There are not many options to choose from lunch and dinner menus.

I needed a place to stay while in philly for one night. i went to the eastern state penn. terror behind the walls, and the drive home was refreshingly quick after waiting in long lines. the staff was helpful and quick to get us to our room.

The room was quiet, but there was no coffee for the coffee maker. We arrived late, and were told that shuttles would come by every 20 min. My husband dropped us off, went to return our rental car at the airport, and waited over half an hour. It was close to midnight,and he feared being abandoned at the airport overnight. He called me in the room, and […] when I called the front desk, I was told by someone else that night shuttles must be requested by a call from the airport. Had he not called me, he really would have been forced to spend the night at the Philadelphia airport. That was very frustrating, because the person who checked us in knew our immediate plans to return the rental and should have told us this. I thought the hotel was good, but it started really poor with a 45 minute wait for the shuttle at the airport. The shuttle driver didn't care, drove erratic and it was packed with people who had the same story. He would not turn on any air with a bus filled ( many standing ). This didn't start the stay off on the right foot!

The hotel seemed to be worn - and, it looked as if they recently tried a "cosmetic" update. The carpets were dirty, the corridors seemed creepy. I was there strictly to sleep - in late, out early - and, as a woman traveling alone, I did not feel comfortable or necessarily safe. However, the staff was pleasant and helpful.

Just a few complaints about this hotel. It was advertised saying that there was FREE WIFI access, but it was a bit deceptive. The WIFI access is only available in the hotel lobby and not in the rooms. Additionally, there was an unusually long wait for check in.

For the price I paid this hotel was ok for an overnight stay but I would never pay their full price rate. The common area looks nice but the hotel upstairs is somewhat dingy. The room could have been a little cleaner and has not been updated in many years. There is no dresser to put clothes away in the room either and parking costs $7/day.

First and most important, the quality of the customer service was poor. I encountered a clogged sink and empty containers of soap, shampoo, etc. in the shower area.
