I was happy with everything about my experience here except for one thing. I wish that when I checked in the hotel employee would have explained to me where everything is and how things work with the hotel or at least ask if I cared to know. The hotel was beautiful inside and out and there is a lot to do in the surrounding area.

Beautiful, well kept hotel. Suite was very spacious. I stayed at a Sheraton over in San Diego a few months ago, and it was not anywhere near as nice as this one.

it was a great room alot bigger than I expected. I loved how big the shower was and the fact that it had 2 TV's. The only down fall was that the TV did not get the FSN channel so I could not watch the hockey game that was on that night.

Great hotel, excellent lounge, suite was nice, roomy and had Starbucks in the room. Nice touch. The only thing that was missing from the brochure is the freight train that is blasting next to the hotel all day, evening and night! Pretty annoying.

We only stayed one night but the room was very "executive" like. Nice sized room with plenty of space. Only draw back was no complimentary breakfast. The pool and hot tub were really nice and clean too.

They didn't have the room we booked, so instead of 2 doubles we had 1 king size and a less-than-comfortable pull-out sofa bed. They had no extra blankets available when we asked. We had to go down and get extra towels the first time, and our room didn't get cleaned because we were there too late (our fault). However, when we called down for clean towels, they never brought them up. There was no hot water in the shower when we took showers in the morning. The gentleman that kicked us out of the pool at 11:00pm was less than friendly. It's definitely not worth the money, there are far less expensive hotels with better accommodations.

The best feature was the view and sound of the falls, even the train that ran through with a whistle several times that night does not keep me from wanting to stay were I could hear the waterfalls all night. the room was very clean and nice. It had a pull out couch that I did not know was included.

We were supposed to have a king bed and we were booked in a handicap room with a queen bed. There were hairs and bugs in the bathrtub, and socks from a previous occupant on the floor in the bedroom. The "falls" could not be convieniently viewed except for from the dining room. The sauna was broken, the pool area was dirty, and the pool and hot tub were not as warm as other places. 9 AM the morning of checkout housekeeping was knocking on our odoor to see if we had left. This experience was a big disappointment.
