The overall appearance of the hotel wasn't clean. The hallways needed vacuum, the elevators were dirty and my room was not cozy, just okay. I only stayed one night and that was enough. The breakfast was pretty good.

The hotel is very much so dilapidated. On my families arrival one family member had 2 switch rooms several times because of the room. One of her rooms had a big whole in the door, another had a mildew smell to it. The free breakfast or the breakfast included in the bill, was terrible a few family member regurgitated after eating the breakfast. A few […] member of the family stayed only one day and went back home due to the cleanliness of the hotel. Hotel staff was very uncooperative with the needs of our family. The pool is extremely small, but of course the kids still enjoyed themselves. They only had three luggage carts so had 2 wait a long time to get our luggage upstairs to our terrible rooms. One family member had a blood stain on her sheets another found a condom wrapper under the bed, another had a various amount of stains on the sheets. And the thing that trumped just about everything, is that they still used glass cups for drinks instead on paper or plastic cups in wrappers. I refused to use them, because more than likely they didn't clean them at all and wasn't taking any chances at all. Overall it was good to fellowship wit family members at our family reunion but the hotel stay for all of us was a terrible experience. We was better off staying at the hooker/pimp/john roach motels down the street. Prolly would've been cheaper. And the suits didn't even have refrigerators in them not all of them definitely not worth the extra money 2 stay in them. Read more

The room had a distinct odor to it like body odor. The fire alarm went off at 5:30 am. There were many children staying in the hotel who did not have adequate supervision. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating.

Cheap prices, I book this hotel because it was one of the cheapest I could find for a weekend in AC, not expecting much, but when I arrived the staff was really nice and helpful and the hotel was really good for the price, has a reataurant and bar and is only 10min from the casinos.

What a terrible place. The staff was rude...From front desk to housekeeping all had horrible additutes...The rooms had no towels and despite several calls for towels no one showed up. What a joke!

The staff who answers the phone is very abrupt and short. They will charge your c.c or debit card $25 even if you don't use the incidentals. It takes a week or more to get the credit back. Horrendous experience. Very uncomfortable mattresses even if free. This Clarion was 1 of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in! Rooms were dirty, with LOTS of cigarette stains. Bed was extremely uncomfortable. My brother's room even had blood stains!!!
