The guest service, check-in and restaurant staff were great and we were treated very well. All the rooms had an stale or smokey odor about them that wasn't that pleasant and one of the elevators was down, made a longer wait to get to and from the room.

The bed and bedding was particularly comfortable. My luggage had been delayed but noticed the shop on site carried a lot of very essential items had my bags not shown up. Should be rated about 4+. Look forward to staying there again

I read all the reviews before booking this hotel. Many said needed upgrade, paint job, etc. I thought it was just fine. Clean, Sheraton team was very helpful and pleasant. We had something to eat in the lobby restaurant upon arrival. My hamburger was delicious, but my travel companions pork dish left something to be desired. The appetizers were wonderful. Breakfast in the Club was very good, better than most.

Overall this is a nice hotel. It's a bit dated, but overall clean, maintained and a good value in a convenient location. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. The hotel lobby is spacious. The staff was very polite and efficient. Overall, a nice hotel at a reasonable cost.

It is close to the airport and has a free shuttle which is extremely helpful, exterior looks dated but interior is in good condition. Not a family vacation hotel.

First of all we recommended 2 double beds, got a king. hotel staff said they were sold out and using a third party to make reservation doesnt guarantee anything. werent accomadating at all

We stayed here going to, and from, a cruise. Convenient, close to airport and 24 hour shuttle... Bar food only in the evenings, but an OK breakfast. Comfortable and clean room. Overall OK.

This hotel was very nice in the fact that it was close to the airport and cruise port. We stayed here before a cruise and that was convient. However, the room had hair (not from the head) on the bathtub. When alerting the manager about this he made excuses for it instead of simply saying sorry. The issue was eventually taken care of. Overall the stay was ok, but not worth what we paid for it.

Nothing special but clean and comfortable. We chose this hotel as we were going on a cruise and the airport shuttle was very convenient. Hotel a bit out of the way.....nothing within walking distance.

although we were traveling with a group of 16 people, it was okay, except with about 10 kids not the idea hotel. lounge only had limited menu and took a while. Perhaps better option since restaurants are not near by

This hotel has seen better days, probably in the 1970's. Windows are smallish and the window next to the elevator on the 12th floor has been leaking causing some damage and the ice-maker on the 12th was broken. I had a Club Room and I have to say the 'Club' was a joke - small, depressing, very limited offerings and no complementary beer or wine. They actually wanted the same price for wine or beer as they charge in the large attractive lobby bar - that would explain why the 'club' was mostly empty and the lobby bar was full of patrons enjoying their drinks and food. What kind of hotel these days doesn't have an in-room safe or a mini fridge? The bed was not comfortable. TV reception was bad and the high speed internet was not fast enough. To top it off they tried to charge $15 a day for parking - we objected and they waived it but when we checked out they tried to charge $5 per day but we objected and they did not charge us for parking. I understand charging for parking at beach hotels but this hotel isn't anywhere near the beach. They need to remodel and upgrade their amenities and stop charging for parking. The best thing about this hotel was the staff - everyone was friendly, polite and efficient.

Best thing about staying at the Sheraton was watching the Guants win the National League Pennant at the bar! The second best thing was the shuttle service to & from the airport and the third best thing was the bathroom had good make up lighting.

Great hotel if you need a room before or after cruising out of Port Everglades. We had a bit of a problem upon checking in. But after over 30 mins it was fixed and we were given 2 free breakfast buffet vouchers for the following morning. I would definitely recommend staying here. Clean, wonderful staff & convenient with shuttle service from airport.

the hotel doesn't look anything like the pictures. 15$ daily of parking, no wifi on the rooms, no breakfast. Really old facilities, the doors are really old and in bad shape, the bathroom was not updated. The room was not well cleaned. The location is really good next to the airport, nice bar.

The room looked very tired. Carpets in halls and elevators were all dirty and stained. The ice machine was broken and when I called to explain about the machine and inquire about getting ice, I was told they do not deliver ice. They finally acquiesced and brought ice. The advertisement stated Free Internet, but when I tried to connect from my room there was a $10.00 fee. The "free internet" was only downstairs in the lobby. While trying to use the computer, there was some kind of business sales seminar being conducted and people were using all the computer stations. Not sure why they were conducting this sales seminar in a public part of the hotel. I did not enjoy my stay!

Stay here for a early 6am flight next day. Shuttle service was on time every 30 minutes. Driver wrote down everyone's airport terminal stop. Impressive! Only negative room had the sent of smoke even though a no smoking hotel. I guess you can monitor everyone. Will use again next time.

I found that it was extremely close to the airport and other venues, the parking was my issue, as they use a portion of the lot for Park N Fly, and the day we were there another very large group was onsite and had run over the allotted time they were allowed which caused a shortage of parking spaces. Totally unaccepptable, especially since you have to pay for parking. The manager was accomodating, and did refund my parking fees.

my stay was very welcoming, and the atmosphere was hospitable. however, i wanted a non-smoking room, i got the opposite. also there was a wet spot at the closet, which carried a mildew scent with it. nevertheless, my family and I enjoyed the stay. like most hotels, i didnt expect to be charged for internet access in my room. it was a bit incovenient to go down to the lobby everytime i or my wife needed to access the internet.

We have always been satisfied with the Sheraton chain, and continue to be. We were especially pleased with Adam, the guest service agent, who handles the shuttles. While the one to the airport is 24 hours, the also offer an area one to nearby restaurants and movie theatre that ends at 10pm. We didn't arrive until 8 and were concerned about having to eat quickly to make it back and he told us not to worry because he is on duty until 1am and will be more than happy to come get us when we called to say we were ready. He says he does that quite often with folks who go to the movies since they sometimes get out later than 10. Just a nice unexpected extra from a caring staff member. And Patrick at the bar was extremely friendly and willing to offer any tips and watched him get extra info for some folks who were stranded for the night due to Chicago airport closures.

Hotel was very clean and the staff made us comfortable from the moment we arrived. All staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. Quick shuttle from the airport to the hotel and the shuttle to the pier was also convenient and quick. There is not much to do in the hotel area, but they do offer a shuttle to a shopping center nearby. Took advantage of that and had a nice time. The pool is lovely and we had drinks in the lounge and ate at the hotel restaurant - both were very good. Our room was clean and the bed was super comfortable. Lobby is also lovely. Elevators and halls could use a little updating.

Great staff, hotel rooms club level were old, need updating, smelled off. Door didn't lock unless you pulled shut. Came home one evening and door pushed open, the maid hadn't pulled it shut. It was unlocked. Electricity in bathroom went out while I was blow drying my hair. Had to finish in another hotel room.

The Hotel offers a free shuttle to nearby restaurants and shops since nothing is within walking distance. When we tried to take the shuttle out we were told it would be about 45 minutes, but we could take a taxi for about $10 then call the hotel to be picked up by the free shuttle after dinner. After dinner we called for pick-up and we were told that the shuttles were busy making runs to the airport and that we would need to take a taxi back... The taxi rides averaged $15 with tip. For $30 we could have just rented a car and not been stuck at the hotel. Won't stay there again.

It was very nice. I stayed overnight before my cruise. I truly appreciate the conveniences. There is a complimentary shuttle from the airport, and the hotel offers a shuttle to the cruise port for $10/person, was very convenient. I sat outside by the pool, and had a light dinner in the lounge, where there is free wi-if. The only downside is that you really cannot walk to nearby shopping. Over-all, I enjoyed my stay, and would stay here again.
