The hotel should be rated 3 star and not 3.5. Minor point but I have always found it not pleasant to have to have your room key re-programed during a stay. This happened, however the front desk made no apology for the problem.

Location was OK. The first day we arrived it rained a lot and the parking lot got flooded up to the sidewalks. The A/C didn't get cold enough and when we called they sent someone up and told us that it was working and could only move us if it wasn't working, not if it didn't get cold enough for us. Batrooms are very small.

The place is gorgeous and very clean and the room itself is very big. My only complaint is that breakfast isn't complimentary and you have to be seated at the lobby. You can only have breakfast in your room through room service and not allowed to get it yourself. Aside from all that, it's very luxurious and my girlfriend and I loved it!

This hotel has lots of potentials but they can improve on the maintenance and cleanliness. Overall, it was ok. I gave 4 stars because the common area is nice, the court yard setting, the pool area as well as the restaurant. The worst part is the stained carpet. The cleaning lady was old so I will not say any more negatives about her.

I stayed here for multiple nights and was skimped on basic toiletries and towels. Everytime I asked for anything.. even for something like a bandaid I was interrogated by the nosy staff. Overall experience was good. The elevators are very slow. The buffet breakfast is adequate, but I do not recommend eating any other meals in the hotel. Very impressed byt he lay-out of the rooms: walk into the the "living room" and then have a door so you can close off the bedroom area. Appreciated the LARGE size of the room, refrig and microwave. The rug and curtains in the room were dirty (stained). Because of a power outage in the area, the AC of our room didn't work properly, and this happened in the 3rd nigth of our 7 nights stay. They said they were going to fix it and they never did. Also, they didn't have shuttle service to the Ft.Lauderdale airport.

I found this place had nice reviews--3.8, and the price was great, the photos looked nice too. I booked a two-double bed suite for 3 nights for my family But we were very disappointing. We don't think it should be a Sheraton at all. the bathroom is very small, just like a motel. The carpet is very dirty, with stains every where. We found two beer caps […] behind curtain and who know how long they have been there. The mattress was very uncomfortable. After three nights we all got backache.We were on the second floor. There is no balcony, just an large window facing some utility facilities with lots of cigarette butts and other kinds of trash on the ground. I can see the balcony of other rooms in the higher floor are all very small, not enough to put a chair there. Only for people to step out for a cigarette. And one night around 2 am, the fire alarm was ringing. It got everyone walk out of the room. 15 minutes later they figured out that some drunk wasted guy smoke in the non-smoking room. They make announcement through the system, but the alarm was still ringing for another 10 minutes. It was just a horrible experience. Anyway, I will not recommend this place to anyone and will not come back again.Sheraton should check the franchising branches accreditation. Read more

Nice former embassy suites style building, with clean, comfortable rooms. Nice pool and hot tub area outside. Front desk was under staffed at check in, with long waits for some rooms. Overall the hotel was clean and staff was friendly. Our mini -fridge was not working at first and very grumpy maintance man assured us that it was, after 6 hours it started keeping things cool.
