      Staying at Howard Johnson Flagstaff AZ was ok. The room was an alright size. I got a great deal on the price when you book about a month early. The one thing that the website states was a king size bed when we got there it was about a full size bed so I thought that was funny. It was clean when we got there. The one thing I really like about this stay was the heat light in the restroom because when you shower either in the morning or night the floor and the restroom wouldn't be cold plus the mirror didn't fog up. If I had another trip there in Flagstaff I would stay there again just for that.

    The room was comfortable and spacious enough for our family of five. It was close to the Flagstaff Mall and Marketplace allowing us to shop, dine out and then relax. One small inconvenience was the two buildings because we were in the building separated from the dining area for breakfast. As stated it is only a small inconvenience.

    We stayed here b/c they had parking for RV's - we were towing a UHaul trailer, and appreciated the parking right on the street. Having a Village Inn right next door was a bonus (really nice wait staff there!). The room was very nice, especially for the price, with a recently remodeled bathroom. We had the continental breakfast, which was fine except […] they need to add peanut butter for the toast and waffles! We know not all Super 8 Motels are the same (we stayed in a dreadful one in Nashville on the same trip), but we were really pleased with the value for the price, and easy on/off access to I-40. Although we could smell cigarette smoke in the hallway heading to our second floor room, probably from the smoking floor below, there was no smell in our room (and I'm really sensitive to that).     Staff was very pleasant. Front desk guy was very polite, very friendly. Housekeeping staff were always smiling and always greeted us when we walked down the hall. Room was a little dated but it was clean and comfortable. Enjoyed our stay there and would recommend it to anyone!

    After a long road trip with my husband and 4 kids we just wanted a place to stay for rest. I was impressed by the size of the room, the beds were comfortable and the city was a great stopping place before we went on to the Grand Canyon.

    Smokers need to be all in one building, mattress are too hard and sheets didn't stay on the mattress, continental breakfast area is way too small.

Most guests compliment us on the quality and variety of the breakfast choices, I am sorry you experienced one of our busy mornings. We do provide smoking rooms for our travelers that smoke. Unfortunately, even though we have the rooms located in one section of our building; the smell does sometime linger in the hallway. Our staff is trained to pay attention to details, but obviously this was something we were unable to prevent. During our recent remodel, we replaced hallway carpet, room pillows and all of our bedding, we also have new drapery on the way, and more upgrades are to come. My staff and I value all our customers and want to exceed their expectations. I hope to have the opportunity to one day serve you again!

    This hotel was in a convenient location for highway access. We ran the fan most of the night which covered up train noise, talking, etc. The fan was a little noisy though. The breakfast was basic, but good. The room was spacious, did not feel crowded at all. Friendly and helpful staff.

    This is the second time we stayed at your Hotel, will definitely do it again! Very nice staff, rooms are clean, big and comfortable. Love the supply of pillows! Quiet, even though the train is close by, can hear slight noise but not enough to be disturbing. Love the hotel and would recommend to anyone traveling through Flagstaff. :)

    While the hotel was alright except because of the thin ceilings, we could hear everyone walking and talking above us. One of the beds was lopsided and we both found ourselves in the middle. For breakfast, they need fruit to go with the waffles. One las thing, there is little parking and they need to give us alternatives to parking.

    This hotel was a bargain. We had two dogs with us and got a family suite in the 2nd building. Dog fee was $15 each, but it was still the cheapest room on our trip. We were not expecting much, and the room was beat up. Furniture had knicks and scratches, but it was clean. The shower curtain and 2 of our 4 bath towels had stains, but it was tolerable […] for the price. Pillows were very worn, but sheets were clean. We had a lot of space for cheap, and we only were there to sleep, plus we had dogs, so it was fine. Best part is that we had no train noise at all. This hotel is on outskirts of town - the other Super 8 is closer to everything, but is stuck between train tracks and freeway. We were happy to be in this Super 8. Read more

We’re in a good location on the east side of Flagstaff for many travelers on I-40 and Highway 89. Just a quick shoot off the highway and you’ll find great accommodations with us. We do also accept pets and at the $15 per pet; we do pride ourselves on being one of the cheapest hotels that accepts your furry little friends. Thank you again.

    I spent my nights in Super 8 Motel in my recent trip from Atlanta, GA to Grand Canyon, and motel was just disappointing unfortunately. I woke up in the morning to see a roach in the restroom. :( Everything else tho was OK! (specially considering the price)
