The staff was friendly. The hotel seemed rather old & had a funny smell to it - almost musty. We were on the ground floor & they were doing the hotel laundry just down from our room, so that could have been the contributing factor to the odor. My concern about booking a hotel online is that there are some real dumps out there, and it's such a hassle if I make a mistake and book with a rotten hotel. My room was clean. There were no odors. The bed was firm. The television and AC worked. It's a budget hotel, but they seem to care about getting it right.

I had a medical emergency while there - the staff was concerned and even though full, was somehow able to find room for us for an extra night. For a "budget" priced motel, it was very comfortable and certainly met our needs.

Check in time was delayed by 5 hours which posed a big problem for me. The bathroom was not cleaned at all. The housekeeping lady was only in my room at tops 10 minutes "cleaning" it. I don't think you can clean a room that fast and the bathroom was the proof. It was very convenient to find and had lots of shops close by.

many rooms were not in service for various reasons, didnt care that I had my confirmation to show what rooms I had requested at check in front desk worker was not that freindly until his food got there the manager complained that on line reservations always overbook but when a couple walked in without a reservation they got a room right away. Our stay was just over night, the hotel was nice and clean. The hotel was very busy the night we stayed there. It was convenient where it is located. We went and picked up pizza at ginos and it was great and doesn’t cost much. All the place could use is an Elevator
