I stayed here on an overnight business trip. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet, close to a casino and restaurant. Very convenient, right off the freeway. Breakfast was very basic, bagels, pastries, cereal, coffee and juice. The room had a sophisticated thermostat system. "Dirty room"
The room was dirty. The safe and air conditioner looked as though it hadn't been dusted in weeks. The bathtub was dirty. Had soap stuck to the soap rest. The faucet and turn on valve looked as though they had never been cleaned. There are a lot of minerals in Nevada water but it is possible to keep chrome parts clean with just any cleanser. Needless […] to say, we didn't use the tub or shower which did not please us. There was torn and peeled wallpaper in the room and the bed and pillows were so hard it actually hurt my head. I'm used to a firm bed. This was not firm. It was hard and very uncomfortable and after I'd seen the bathroom, I started wondering if the sheets were even clean. "Not clean"

The front desk service was good. The room was NOT so great. There were roughly 60 mile an hour winds that day, our door did not close very well, so we had to put the bar lock on it to keep it from blowing open. This being said, the wind was so loud because the door had such a large crack in it, that it was very difficult to sleep. "Great place to stay."
We were very pleased with the motel. We appreciated the little fridge in the room and the staff were very friendly. It was very conviently located, plenty of eating places close as well as a nice grocery store and Wal Mart. The only thing that could have been improved on is the breakfast. "used to be our favorite"
The check-in agent was hard to communicate with, the pool was Ice cold and toilet paper extremely thin. However the main problem was their new power saving feature, which requires the door key-card to be placed in, and left in, a slot as you enter the room in order to keep the lights and the heater/AC unit on. As we left and removed the card the lights […] and heater/AC unit turn off in a few seconds, they say for a power saving mode. However, the only modes are "on" and "off".
