So pleased with the staff that worked here especially Bernadette and Marcel, they were wonderful and so helpful for our entire trip. I stayed here for 9 nights and got to know the staff, we had our dog on the trip and they were friendly and warm to him as well as my 12 year old daughter. It is incredibly clean and the rooms are much better than I imagined they would be considering the rate. I will be moving to the area of this Hyatt and will definitely have friends and family stay here when they come to visit. They do have a gallery menu that is available 24/7 and that was decent considering the price of what was listed. The only downside I would say is that they have a limited staff working sometimes and when you do order off the gallery menu you have to go pick it up at the front desk, but considering it is available 24/7 it wasnt all that much of an inconvenience. There is a great Mexican restaurant that shares the parking lot called Jalapenos as well as several other food and gas stations in the area, including a WAWA right next door. There were not many channels on the TV which was not a huge problem for us as we were mostly out sightseeing. I highly recommend this Hyatt. To my family and I, it became our home away from home and we didnt want to leave!

The beds were hard very uncomfortable to sleep on, the pillows were so thin you might as well not use a pillow. there was no hairdryer in the bathroom, no coffee pot but we had coffee. I was very unhappy and i get alot of hotels cause of lots of traveling.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

I read the reviews and was leery of staying here but took the chance since most people tend to only comment when they encounter problematic experiences. "Nasty, gross"

"im not one to complain, but..."
This is one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in. I'm that person who prefers to stay in cheaper hotels. I view a hotel as a place to sleep and that's it. I don't look for any specific ammenities. When I walked into my room, […] it smelled like someone just smoked 100 packs of cigarettes and rubbed the ashes into the carpet. I asked for a non-smoking room. The room looked clean though. The smell was so bad I had to run to cvs and by some febreeze. That still didn't take the smell completely. I stayed for three days and used 1/2 of a big bottle of febreeze. As I said earlier, the room looked clean, but when I stepped into the shower, I saw my footprint in black in the tub! On top of that, don't expect any privacy. I put the don't disturb sign on the door. Even after being asked 3 times and being told no. The maid still entered the room and made the bed and cleaned. She also turned the ac off each time she entered the room. Every time I got back to the room, it felt like it was 100 degrees in the room, which made the smell in the room that much worse. Terrible experience. Also, the bed was supposed to be a king and it was a double. Very thin hard mattress, which didn't bother me but I know some of you need a comfortable bed. I don't expect a lot for hotels in this budget price range. The staff was friendly. The room was clean but well worn. Cigarette burns covered the alarm clock controls.
