It more or less was what I expected from a hotel of this caliber. If you need a cheap room and a decent free breakfast, then this place will suffice. The only downside I can think of was the broken ice machine on my floor. It was inconvenient to have to go to the lobby anytime I wanted ice.

We had already planned to attend services with family at a local church, but if we didn't have plans, it was nice to know that we had an alternate choice. Free shuttle, plenty of restaurants, wifi, breakfast, vending machines, air con and more. Only downside was you had to pay for a lot of the extras like TV remote, etc.

Phones were out of order & so I had no shuttle service from the airport to the hotel. Paid $17 to get to the hotel & management would not apologise, saying it was Time Warners fault. I have stayed in several hotels around the airport either prior to or after a trip. This is the nicest. I just want a place that is clean and safe. This is it. The bedding looks new and things are generally clean. I stayed in this hotel back in 2006 and returned because I had previously had a good experience there. This time round my experience was not as positive. I had extended my stay by a couple of days but the front desk twice failed to extend my room key so I was locked out. Even when I asked them to check my key was OK they failed to do it and I got locked […] out again. Even well within the end time for breakfast they ran out of items and would not put any more out. Notei que os funcionários do hotel não estavam muito interessados em prestar um bom serviço. Além disso, tive muitos problemas com a rede wireless, que desconectava a cada 15 minutos. Também, não aconselho este hotel para famílias porque a frequência de pessoas "diferentes" é bem grande.
