Wasn't very impressed with the stay. We stayed at the super 8 location in Kenosha a week before and it was a lot nicer. We chose not to stay there again because we smoke cigarettes and couldn't smoke in the room. Nice front desk clerk and very helpful.

Checking in was quick and efficient, but the first room we were given, the heating unit did not work. The second rooms heating unit worked but was very hard to keep regulated. We had to request washclothes every day and a couple times 2 of them did not even look like they had been washed, if so, not even checked when folded. The bathroom floor, tub […] nor wash stand was ever wiped down during our stay, just bath towels and hand towel replaced with extra soap and shampoo. The baseboards and behind the door were very dirty. The rug was never vacuumed, the stairway and hall was not vacuumed either during our stay. They did remake the beds daily, not with clean sheets, just remade them. Can't say to much about the continential breakfast either, diasppointing, very little offered. Good thing McDonalds was right next door. The front desk clerk did listen to our grievances, but was anything done.......? Read more

Beds were broken down and matresses were more like box springs. Dirty carpets throughout the halls. Blow dryer in room did not work; instead of replacing, they suggested I go to another room to dry my hair.

They advertise a free breakfast which was disappointing and the laundry is in the same room where the breakfast is so it was warm, loud and humid. The hotel is pretty dated and the beds are really uncomfortable. Most people there are for the Navy and if you stay not expecting much it's ok.

We checked in late at night and the staff was friendly enough. We then proceeded to our room (no elevator btw) and there was a funky smell. Opened the door at first glance not bad. But when my husband pulled back the sheets there was a blood stain on the top comforter and then what appeared to be "intamite" juices on the thermal blanket. The hotel is awful. The bed mattress sunk in the middle and it kept pulling away from the wall as it was not fixed down to the floor or wall. The breakfast service personnel only spoke spanish, and there was at most 4 donuts to eat with coffee and milk that had been sitting out for a while. There was some cereal, but it looked like something my grandma […] eats. There was no food to eat at all and their hours for breakfast are not long enough. They are only open from 6 - 9 am. The room was good, bed was comfortable ... the one thing that really "ticked" me off thou, was to find my luggage had been gone thru while I was out during the day. When I got back to the room, my luggage was unzipped (I specifically make sure it is zipped up and closed before I leave) and the dirty towels were removed, but no clean ones were left as […] a replacement of the ones taken. We were going to spend the entire day at Great America and needed a place to stay afterwards. Not a fancy place, by no means, but it was clean and comfortable. There was no guide for the TV but we just flipped channels. We were pleasantly surprised to find a mini fridge in the room (didn't know if all the rooms had that or not) and it was just large […] enough to hold the leftovers from our coolers as we had packed food to eat at Great America. The motel room was small and the chair in the room was not comfortable. There was no outside seating at all. The shuttle to the base for graduation made it's last run at noon. This was not communicated to me at any time. When I called the office I was told to get a cab at a cost of twenty dollars. When I arrived at the motel the van was parked.

Rooms were for the most part clean but, old and not very well maintained. Air conditioning unit did not work in one of the rooms. Never had enough towels in the bathroom to accomadate the number of people. Some of the furniture was broken or in disrepair. No ice machines on the second or third floor. you get what you pay for. Rooms were not clean. Bedding had black body hair in it, as well as shower needed a thorough scrubbing. But it was cheap enough. Also, no milk available for cereal for the "free" breakfast. Juice was warm and tasted rotten. Only donut was edible.

The manager that checked us in was not friendly at all. She did not tell us when the continetal breakfast was or when check out was. We were not happy with the condition of the beds. THe toilet backed up twice.

It was terrible! They would not give us the discount for the Navy families. The rooms were dirty. The beds were broken. There was no coffee pot in the room. There was no place to hang our clothes so we had to use the curtain rod. The bathrooms were discusting. There was no batteries in the remote control.

I choose this hotel for its price-rate. I only stayed simply because I knew I would get my money back. I would not stay there again in fact I would save more money and get a hotel with a chain hotel. When I went to the hotel it had holes in the blankets, and the continental breakfast room smelled like old vinegar mixed with a months worth of trash.

went there for the Navy graduation. they provided a shuttle to and from the graduation. the continental breakfast was decent. the mattresses were getting soft and should be replaced soon. it was definitely an older building with old items(mattress, pillows, blankets, etc). service was good. price was low. we were satisfied with our stay.

We arrived at 1 am. No towels in our room. We wanted to go to bed but had to wait for the front desk lady to go room to room in search of towels for us. We got up early the next morning and the blow dryer didn't work The front desk was no help at all. The pillows were as flat as pancakes. The bed and room smelled. Was decently clean and smelled good but the hotel itself was old, broke down and had no elevator :( The window did not lock, nor did the curtain close all the way. The curtain in the bathroom barely shut so water was everywhere. Also in heels and barefeet you could feel holes in the floor. Not comforting.

I rented 3 rooms for one night, in my daughter's room she found evidence of someone smoking crack from the residue found in desk drawer. in my grandson's room, one pillow wasnt clean, and in my room hair dryer kept shorting out. will not go back to that motel

When I first arived the first room they game me one of the beds where made and the other one was not. they then gave me a new room, I opened the drawer where the phone is and found part of a crack pipe and a push rod. Not a very good place to take kids of which I have three.
