Will certainly be staying there again on my next trip. Room and overall facility were very clean. No frills or extras but was cleaner than more expensive hotels in vicinity. Only negative was internet was extremly slow and checking static emails is about the most you can use it for.

The hotel staff was very friendly upon check-in and was more than happy to offer restaurant suggestions in the area. Given the price of the room, you can't really beat it. But the lobby smelled less than fresh when I walked in...perhaps a vague smell of cigarettes. My room wasn't dirty, but the toilet paper was almost out and we had to refill it ourselves. The beds were hard and the pillows super soft. An odd combo but that's just my preference. Well kept property, maintained and updated regularly, friendly service, all the essentials (incl. fast & free WIFI in the room) EXCEPT no elevator to the 2nd floor... and if you have trouble climbing stairs, it's good to be aware.

The first night I was there I put 2 full unopened bottles of water on the desk for the next 2 nights. When I got back to my room the next afternoon the room had been cleaned. The staff were friendly & helpful, we only stayed one night on our way home. Nothing fancy, bath was clean & bed ok. Breakfast was waffles, cereal,donuts, coffee & juice. We would stay again if need arises.

Was unhappy about the fact my TV was not working and that night was just told they had no other rooms and there was nothing they could do and when I checked out they didn't know that there had been a problem and just told me that well our maintance guy won't be in till Monday this was a Friday night stay till Saturday morning. Initial check-in near mid-night, nothing was said by the desk clerk about our pets - we walked in with the dog on a leash. I offered my credit card as was necessary the night before in another Super 8 for the pet fee, but it was not taken. The room was a "non-smoking" room, but it had obviously been smoked in previously. The next morning, we went to […] the desk to alert them of the smoking odor and was told "too bad, so sad" and that nothing could be done about it. Another visit to the desk resulted in them changing the room for another "non-smoking" room that was smoke-free. In the move, the manager saw our pets and informed us that we had to pay the pet fee. I gave the credit card as I had tried to do the previous evening and informed them that we offered the last night and it was refused. Make sure the room is smoke-free and the if you have pets, the management knows and if they don't ask for a credit card for the pet fee, don't give it to them the next time they ask. Hotel was OK, there was a rodeo event in town and some of the guests were "very loud" at 2:30 am. No business computer to use for guests.

We felt the room/hotel was not clean....not enought time spent cleaning it. We were just glad we were only spending a short overnight stay. At least the sheets were clean cuz that is a biggee. Free breakfast was very minimal...no fruit!!!

The young man working the front desk was extremely polite. This is a inexpensive hotel, so for the price everything was great. It was very loud at night. There doesnt seem to be much insulation between the rooms and we were woken up several times by loud talking and doors slamming.
