"Decent room for the price"

We got a really good price on the room for booking in advance online. The room was actually pretty clean and for the 4 days that we stayed there, the cleaning service came in and cleaned everyday. The breakfast choices were not much to choose from but it came in handy & it was free. The beds were not very comfy & the room was small but I would recommend this room, as long as you get a good price.

Room was clean,checkin fast and friendly. Bed was hard as a rock but most hotel beds are. No elevator but only 3 floors. Quiet at night.

The hotel roomm was very clean and it had everything you needed: TV, microwave, little refrigerator, ironing board/iron and a nice recliner.

This was an okay hotel, but a little pricey considering the lack of amenities. Walls were very thin making it seem noisy. It was clean and comfortable overall.

Room smelled, did nor feel comfortable with the cleanliness at all. There was something I chice not to identify on the chair. Bed was bas and the pillows worse. All-in-all a pretty unpleasant experience.

The room was very clean and the level of service was great. Each night I arrived back at the hotel and had to be let in since my room card key wouldn't work on the front door. Then after getting up to the third floor I found my key would not work. I had to get it scanned each day I was there. Other then that minor inconvenience it was a great experience.

Poor maintenance. The property smells as soon as you walk in. The rooms also smell. It is very dark and the first floor is partially underground. The bathroom and fixtures are of poor quality and maintenance. The walls are thin and you can hear folks walking above you. We were adjacent to the stairs and you could here every single step. We were very dissatisfied with this accommodation.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly. The only inconvenient thing was that the room service/cleaning person came around at 8am, when you're staying at a hotel a couple days I think that's a little early for someone to come knocking on your door, but understandably we didn't have the do not disturb sign hanging on the door. The room was a bit small for everything that was in it like the safe, table, chairs, desk, refrigerator and dresser, plus the two full size beds. The room was right next to the stairwell so this could have something to do with it, but maybe they should have made that room into a storage room or just have a single bed in it instead of two full size beds. The only thing that bothered me about the room besides the size of the room was the size of the bathroom, there wasn't really a lot of counter space around the sink and it looked like it needed to be remodeled or cleaned better. Overall, it was a great room for the money I paid.

No guest laundry was a little bit of a letdown, and the non-smoking room smelled like smoke. But overall, it was a good room for the money, and the breakfast was great.

This is a good deal if you just need a basic hotel room for the a night or two. The rooms on the back side are quiet and you're about 100 yards from a McDonalds for breakfast on the run.....

Non smoking Double room comfortable and roomy. Improvement would be more tables/chairs in the cont. breakfast area to allow people to feel comfortable in a small area. the food was very good for cont. breakfast. The room- Under the bed needed vaccuming.

The Super8 Lenexa Overland Park Area was very nice. The king sized bed was comfortable, even if I am used to significantly more pillows!! We really enjoyed our stay, and the continental breakfast was nice. We will stay again, the affordability combined with the quality of the room made for a perfect stay.

The check in process took nearly 30 minutes because a large party was attempting to check in directly before us. There was only one worker, who never acknowledged us while we were waiting. When it did become our turn, she whispered everything. We paid for the hotel using Hotels.com, which the clerk noted, but upon check out we found out that she charged us again and there was nothing she could do about it! While the room was comfortable and clean, I will never stay here nor recommend it to anyone.

the location was easy to get to, close to stores and restaraunts, far enough from frwy to be quiet and felt very safe. enjoyed free wi-fi and what little service we requested was handled well. would have prefered clean towels and sheets daily, but wasn't a big problem. literature on local attractiions was also appreciated. the stay was worth what we spent, would reccomend to anyone.

If you just need a basic motel room, this Super 8 will work for you. The free breakfast is very basic and is done rather early for the weekend (9 AM). Staff was courteous and helpful. The location is convenient to the interstate and shopping.

A FRIEND AND I WERE THERE JUST FOR A PLACE TO SLEEP BEFORE AN EARLY MORNING SYMPOSIUM. WE WERE HAPPY WITH THE COST AND FELT WE WERE SAFE AND THE ROOM WAS CLEAN. IT WAS EASY TO GET TO BUT THE SUPER 8 SIGN WAS EASY TO OVERLOOK...IT WAS LOW TO THE GROUND. SHOPPING AND FOOD WERE VERY CONVENIENT AND IT WAS ABOUT 10 MINUTES FROM JOHNSON COUNTY COMMUNITY COLLEGE (SITE OF SYMPOSIUM). WE'LL STAY AGAIN FOR THE NEXT ONE.

Very decent hotel for the money. No elevators and most rooms are upstairs or down. So, you have to carry luggage on stairs. But, if that doesn't bother you, it is nice for the money. In a safe neighborhood, with shopping and restaurants near by. Could be a little difficult to find, but not hard once you figure it out.
