We glad that you like our location with shopping mall across a street & many dining options & AMC Theater for entertainment. But we are sorry to learn that you were little disappointed with your room. We actually did had a fresh paint applied to all our rooms few months ago. We also have a very good housekeeping staff which really take cares of our rooms in terms of cleanliness. We always take our Guest opinion & suggestions very seriously.     Price was right and location was perfect for our needs but the rooms were sub-par with other local hotels for about the same price. We had two rooms; the first looked as though it had not been cleaned as there were stains in the toilet and the second smelled of smoke and we found a pack of cigarettes in one of the drawers even though it was non-smoking. […] The rooms looked as if they had never been updated and everything from the linens to the fixtures looked very used and dated.     everything was fine, nothing extra but clean. person at desk on checkout very abrupt and rude. He called room at 11:00 and told us it was checkout time. When we responded with just packing up he said "It's 11:00 now. " He also was very cold and not friendly at check-in.

    The hotel was located next to a McDonald's Restaurant and large shopping district, it was a bit noisy, due to the traffic. Maybe noise reducing windows would help?

    This motel had a refrigerator which met our travel needs well. It was close to our destination. The room itself was very basic and clean. We slept well.
