    even though hotel is currently undergoing renovation. my rm had some outlets that weren't working. mgmt was on top of it. Customer service is excellent. And the price is economic. i would definately stay here again.

    My stay was short, the room was clean the room did have the smoke or chemical odor. Unfortunately the hallways did have a strong odor. The complimentary breakfast was a 4/10 tiny cups for coffee with skim milk only as an option. Tiny muffins and cereal.

    The light in the bathroom only worked sometimes. Which was bad for my friend who would not shower in the dark. Lights in room went on in the night if you moved. Had to unplug one of them the other one you could not unplug so we had to stay really still.

    The room smell bad a big hole in the wall. The motion light was going on and off. Kids don't like that in a strange place. Not enough towel in the bathroom. Finally u need security on the property.

    Service was friendly Room was clean but there were cigarette burns on the bed spread, night stands, and desk. Shower was hot and clean. Shower curtain was decent. Bed was firm. Pillows were marginal TV was blurry with static Elevator was missing button for 2nd floor - had to fiddle with wires or take stairs. They had a laundry room which was nice

    Booked this hotel as a last resort for a one night getaway. Not very much to rate here. Didn't have much contact with the hotel help simply because it was not needed. Pretty quiet place and room had a heater which was a plus. Only problem I had was the fact that there was no ironing set in the room.

    DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!! Check in felt as though my girl friend and I were entering a prison facility with the bullet proof glass shielding the attendant, walls/doors had fist size holes in them, bath tub had a crack in the bottom and would not hold water for a bath, top blankets on bed were dirty, TV cable had been torn off the TV and was on the […] TV but would fall out causing the TV not to work properly, incomplete breakfast stuffs availble as the delivery person could not be found, check out was at 11, at 11:05 the cleaning person was literally banging on the door yelling for us to leave, when I tried to speak to the manager about these issues he was "unavailable".... Result. I refuse to pay the charges on my card at the bank for services NOT rendered and I highly encourage Hotels.com not to list this Hotel as any viable place to stay! Read more

    The first room we checked into had a t.v. that did not work at all. The front desk acted as if they were surprised. The second room was missing the microwave and again they acted as if they were shocked. We were promised that a microwave would be sent to our room. It never came!

    Overall, it was a good place to stay. The heater (rooms were COLD) made so mch noise, I had to keep it off. And "allegedly" there were no other rooms that I could have moved to...although the parking lot was only 25% full. The price is great, just don't expect much other than a bed and a shower!

    The room was very dirty. It was a cold night so I tried to put the air conditioning on. The knobs to the air conditioning were gone. No matter what you pressed it only blew cold air. I can sleep pretty much anywhere, but this one was tough. Did I mention that the room was very dirty?

    We were not happy with our room key card; every time we tried to use it we had to go down to front desk and have it re-activated. We stayed 6 nights and the key card only worked once!!!!! Other than that, we have no complaints reg. the hotel.

    Hotel is in poor condition and the lobby was a mess. The hotel seems to be undergoing renovation. The room appears to have been recently rennovated and was clean and comfortable. Overall, a very nice room for the price.

    Not impressed. Shower was like a fire hose...way too much pressure. Breakfast was ordinary. Security is pathetic. I left my keys in the room and asked the girl at the desk(who I had not seen before) and she just gave me a new entry key without asking for ID. Anyone could have gotten a key to my room and cleaned me out. NOT IMPRESSED!

    This is a no-tell hotel more interested in the by the hour customer. It is under construction or de-construction difficult to tell. The built proof glass at reception should be a clue. Got outa there as soon as I could.

    Door was busted in the bathroom door had a hole in it the window was broke the mattress was moved to half the frame pillow cases were dirty. Moved to another room that was non smoking and there was a bib burn on the toilet seat. Never again!!

    Maybe the rating is poor because of the construction going on. There was construction material in the parking. No closet, and inadequate space to hang clothes. There was a large hole on the side inside the bathtub. The room was not well lit.

    This hotel was a great value for what we paid. I can't really comment on the staff since I only saw one employee the whole 2 days we were there. It's not a 5-star hotel, but everything was clean, the water was hot, and the internet was fast so I was happy. Don't count on a full spread for breakfast.
