Booked this hotel because of the discount for staying 3 nights in a row. It was not the nicest hotel by any means. It had the grossest musty smell when we walked it, but after having the air on for a few hours the smell did go away. The carpet, armchair and desk chair were gross with stains and looked like they had never been cleaned. This was the dirtiest place I have ever stayed. We had to ask for clean towels for the bathroom because the ones that were there were dirty! It was supposed to have been a nonsmoking room but reeked of smoke and had burn spots all over the bathroom and burn holes in the blanket that was on the bed. Convenient location. Nice staff. Pool was nice but only downfall to the pool was only ladder/steps to enter the pool was in the deep end in 7-8 ft of water. Not good for people who do not swim very well or people who have a disability. AC did not work very well. Enjoyed the microwave and refridgerator in room. Beds were very hard.

Non-smoking room that smelled strongly of smoke. Shower floor was very dirty and the plastic was bubbled up. I am not very picky so I was fine, but it was one of the dirtier rooms I've ever been in.

Couple of spider webs in the room, and we had the room next to the interstate, but the room was good enough except for the bathtub, which was pretty dirty. Not sure I would stay here again. If you need something cheap, it probably cant be beat.

Although the hotel is not the most modern hotel I have ever stayed in, the bed was the most comfortable bed I have had in a hotel in a very long time. It is convenient to where we had to be and the price can't be beat. We will be planning on staying there again the next time we travel to Knoxville.

For the money, this hotel was fine for us. The only annoying thing is that it mentions NOTHING on the website or during checkout about there being a pet fee ($8 per animal per night) so it was more expensive than we were thinking it would be. All it says on website is "pet friendly".

The experience was bad right from the start. The front desk staff looked like they were from a headbangers ball. They were very unprofessional. If you dont mind being woke up at night by the knocks on the door then you can probably purchase anything. Be smart and pay a higher price and find some where else to stay.

Glad I did not pay for my stay. My Employer did and they should get their money back. I have never traveled before and maybe I had too grand of an idea of what I should have gotten, but you couldn't have paid me to stay there any longer. My room had a connecting door that did not lock tightly, so I slid my night stand in front of it. I got up in the […] middle of the night and stepped in a puddle from the toilet leaking. Noise from the highway was so loud, that I got almost no sleep and was really dragging for my business training. Used ear plugs the next night. Got up to take a shower in the morning and found bug bites on my leg. (glad it was so hot I slept on top of the blankets don't know how bad it would have been under the sheets) The following nights I slept in my clothes. Asked for a different room and was told the only other one had water damage and smelled. Continental breakfast was ok, Juice, Coffee, Milk and dry cereal, toast, cake donuts and mini muffins if you wanted them. Looked like a nice pool, but 80 degrees out and already closed for season. They should note that somewhere. Ok snack machines, fully stocked, but the one with soups and microwaveable dinners out of order for my 4 day stay. Not that I would want to use my Microwave in my room very dirty. While I was there, 2 other people had stopped up plumbing. My granddaughter and I stayed 3 nights during the AQS quilt show. Room was clean and nice, especially for the price. Pool had leaves, but was close to bushes and trees. Staff was friendly. My 13-yr.-old and I were pleased. If we ever go to Knoxville again, would stay at this hotel.

We did some research on hotels.com before booking our hotel. Despite the fact that we lived in Knoxville for a long time, we weren't necessarily familiar with hotels in the area. We chose this one because the price was right, and the location was perfect. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We didn't get a chance to use it but the pool […] looked nice and had a shallow, baby pool area. The room doors open to the outside and there's no indoor hallway, which can be noisy if your neighbors are the partying kind (ours weren't). The continental breakfast wasn't anything to write home about, but it was enough to get you going in the morning, with coffee, juice, milk, cereal, and pastries. If you want something more substantial, there's a Waffle House right next door. The hotel is just off I-75/40 so there is a little traffic noise, but that's the price you pay for being close to the interstate. There's a good variety of restaurants nearby, and the University of Tennessee is just a few interstate miles away. All in all, we would definitely stay there again. If you are looking for a luxury hotel, this isn't it. If you're looking for a clean place to sleep and maybe a pool to splash around in, with shopping, restaurants and the interstate close by, this is a great place. Read more

The night man was RUDE. We checked in at 1101pm. He locked the doors (to be fair, sign said policy was to lock them at 11) with me there, but then took his dear time in the lobby and didn't serve me at all until I rang the bell--even though he had made eye contact with me already. I asked for a 1st floor room if possible since we were traveling with an infant and there's so much to carry with that. He laughed. Truly, he was horrible. The morning staff was MUCH better. The pool was clean and pretty, but we didn't swim in it b/c we had more driving to do in the morning. The room was clean and accommodating. There was a perfect spot near the restroom for the travel crib we were using. The beds were WAY too firm for my liking, but my husband loved them. To put the beds' firmness in perspective, we have a sleep # bed at home. I like mine set at 45/50 & he likes his at 70. The continental breakfast left something to be desired though. There was toast, 3 cereals, mini-muffins, cake donuts, orange & apple juice, & coffee. No bagels, waffles, or fruits. I requested a room with a strong internet signal and was immediately told that I would have to call an 800 number, if I had any issues. I was constantly knocked off the internet and when I was on, it was very slow. I called the number provided no less than 10 times in a 3 day stay and they kept giving the excuse that the adjoining extended stay had […] people who were streaming video.
