Was in town for one night for baseball, picked this hotel on price, enjoyed it because of placement. Plenty of restaurants and access to 65 nearby. Would recommend to a friend.

Everything was good, except that the back door was NOT locked at 11 pm like we were told it would be. I had to run to Walmart for last minute things and at 11:30 pm, it was still unlocked. I tried to get a coke from the machine in the back hall and it was empty. Other than that this stay was good.

I was greeted late at night by two very friendly staff. One gal was in training and they were very helpful and kind. The room itself was kind of basic and the hotel could use a bit of a sprucing up but very nice location and good value for the price.

We did like our surrounding area to the hotel, we liked being close to the outlet mall, but the disrepair of the hotel was a complete turn-off to us. The shower head only gave a trickle of water, bathroom door was badly bowed at the bottom of the door..making it hard to close the door. The hotel service was okay, not outstanding. Room and hotel were very clean. The furniture in the room was a little beat up. The refrigerator didn't work when we got there, but a maintenance guy jiggled something until it did. But it was out again the morning of the second day. The free breakfast was very skimpy and consisted of high carb choices.

We liked the fact that our room allowed us to have our drapes open to the back of the hotel with one truck cab behind a tree, and in the distance could see numerous businesses, places to eat. The room was a good deal for the price. The staff was friendly and helpful. We stayed twice with a total of six nights. The staff was friendly enough and we only needed it the one night. The door was difficult to close, but did if you slammed it. Also the other guests were loud and could be heard from the room. Overall it's not the best place we've stayed in but served its purpose in a pinch.

Room reserved was given away by the time we checked in. The staff said that there is nothing she can do because she has no control over the room assignment. She offered a smoking room which we refused because we reserved a non-smoking room. After much pleading, she switched us to a non-smoking room.

When you're trying to save money, you always gamble. I lost this particular gamble. When I walked into the room, tired and dusty and ready to rest, I went to close the curtains, as I've done in many a hotel room before. The entire curtain rod tore loose from the ceiling and fell onto the floor. The clerk assured me that this had happened before--apparently […] after improper re-intallation after a paint job--and that it could be fixed quickly. However, the gentleman who came to inspect it agreed with me: couldn't be fixed that night. All they could offer me as a replacement was a smoking room. After some consideration, they found a "suite" that they "very seldom rented" and that might be all right. Rather than drive back out into the dark with no sure destination and no refund of my money, I accepted the replacement. It was comfortable and clean enough--BUT! THERE WAS NO HOT WATER. That night I got it up to lukewarm; the next morning it was downright cold. Sup[er 8s were once fairly good bargains. This is not a fancy place but a good value when compared with other motels in the area. You are getting a place to stay, a cup of coffee and sweet roll in the morning. It is undergoing renovation but that was not a problem for my group as we were there on a Sunday.

Dirty and creepy - but location was excellent on short notice. The outside had great curb-appeal, but the inside needed a good cleaning as well as updating. I felt the need to look for bedbugs and peepholes. Breakfast consisted of packaged muffins and danishes - expected a tad bit more. Would not recommend or book another stay.

The staff was friendly. The bed was comfortable and the shower had enough water pressure. But the continental breakfast was scarce and sad looking. There was not enough towels and couldn't get another pillow.
