"Convenient location for boating at Lake Mead"

This hotel is clean, conveniently located and affordably priced. It is in a convenient location for us as we were pulling a boat for use on Lake Mead. The marinia is approximately a 10 minute drive from the hotel. The adjoining bar had great patrons and great food. We were within walking distance of many good restaurants. Boulder City is a beautiful town with friendly people. This is our third trip to Lake Mead and we always enjoy staying in Boulder City. We will definitely return to this hotel.

I wasn't expecting much from this hotel but was surprised after my stay. The hotel staff were courteous and helpful. The room was not bad and was good enough for what we paid for. I would stay here again.

Two bulbs were blown off. The bath did not drain well, almost clogged.

"Needs lots of improvement"

The first room they offered us smelled awful, the front desk did move us to another room that was better. Overall the rooms are tired, ugly and minimal. The "kitchenette" is a small frig with a microwave on top of it. We just needed a place to sleep and shower so we made the best of it, but for the price we paid it was a complete ripoff. The complimentary breakfast left little to be desired. I definitely would not reccomend this hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay in Boulder City. The Hotel desperately needs to clean and redecorate the rooms. It would go a long way towards improving the overall feel of the place.

"Dirty, Dirty, Dirty"

Looks nice on the outside, but the rooms were really dirty. Carpet dirty and stained, bathroom with hair from previous guest, microwave dirty. Stayed the night because we got there really late, next morning try to move to another room and it was the same thing, REALLY DIRTY!!! Front desk personnel were really nice though...Worts of all, we payed to stay in this room!!!
