Overall is was ok. Still Water does not offer room service or maid service. If you want new towels, you have to exchange them at a different building. And you have to clean the room before you leave to avoid an additional charge. Since nothing is done for you, it's more like a furnished apartment than a hotel. As far as the condition of the place is concerned, it was great other than the mattress. The mattress was lumpy and uncomfortable. I mean no offense to Still Water by saying these things, I'm just being honest. If you don't mind doing things yourself when you're on vacation, then this place would perfect for you. However, I'll probably be staying at an actual hotel during my next trip to Branson.

The hotel staff was very nice and our room was clean. They also had a wonderful free breakfast with plenty of food. The location was close to many restaurants and also across the street from a mini type mall.
