It was a little confusing to find. It was on a staehighway. The sign for the turn was covered by a tree(Not there fault.Check in was easy,room more than met my expectations.I was there with my 2 15 yr old boys for a football camp. We were 15 min. from the camp.Sadly we did not get to utilize the pool,gameroom,or gym.If the camp is in same location we […] definetely would stay there again.They had a breakfast set up in lobby which we had to grab and go but it looked wonderful.Rates with Hotel .com made it very reasonable.The only downfall was when I called the front desk to request a blanket the line was busy for awhile. The room was clean but the coffee pot was busted, coffee went all over the floor, there was no place to put your suitcases and for what they called a suite and the price that we paid, I could of went to a 5 star hotel and got a regular room. Very disappointing.

We originally booked one night, but then decided to add a second night. The room was spacious, clean and perfect for hanging out. The hot tub was very nice, just wish it was open a bit later than 10pm. Free breakfast was very nice in a room with a fireplace and comfy tables and chairs. This was our first stay in a Residence Inn and we were very pleasantly surprised. The room was much larger than we had expected, with a large well supplied kitchen; a separete sitting area; a nice desk with plenty of space for a computer and other equipment. The bed was very comfortable, and my husband was very happy to have a tub available. Also, everything […] was very clean, the rooms were well decorated, and we were very pleased with the complimentary breakfast. Our only criticism might be that you had to go outside to get to the front deck and breakfast area. This was not a problem in good weather, but we did wonder if we would have been able to manage so well with inclement conditions. Read more

I was traveling with my husband and 2 kids (4yrs and 1yrs old.) We stayed in a studio with a kitchen. It had a full fridge and microwave that came in handy. We requested a crib for our daughter a head of time. It wasn't in the room when we got there, but they got one to us right away. It was super hot when we travels, above 90 degrees, so my children […] couldn't enjoy the out side jungle gym too much, but in the evenings they had a good time. I was impressed by the complementry breakfast. We traveled to go to a wedding in the area, we only planned on staying there two nights before changing to the hotel where the wedding guests were staying. After we changed, we really wished we had just stayed where we were, as it was a much better deal for our money. I also have to commend the staff, especailly the staff that put out the breakfast. They were extremly friendly and helpful with my kids. They noticed I had a baby and brought her out a sippy cup and they gave my son a small toy truck. Very pleasent, anytime I had left the table when I was alone with the kids to get more food they would say hi to the kids and entertain them. I have to say, next time we travel to Parsippany NJ, that is where we will be staying. While we were there, they were reroofing, but the noise didn't bother us as we couldn't hear it in our room. This is a lovely hotel, clean, modern, comfortable. But if you'd rather not hear the evening activities of other guests I suggest that you request a room on the top (3rd) floor. Let's just say that the beds squeak, and leave it at that.

Very nice. However, after traveling 7 hours, we wanted in. Had to wait at desk for over five minutes to see if our room was ready. It was after 3pm when we arrived. Then, we attempted to enter the entrance, as directed, to our room and the key card would not open the door so we had to go back to the lobby. After a long drive we arrived at the Residence Inn with groceries for dinner. It's conveniently located down the road from a Stop N Shop and a Bottle King (the Stop N Shop does not carry alcoholic beverages). Based on the hotel description on its website our suite had a "FULL kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, OVEN, dishwasher, etc. etc." We arrived […] only to realize there was NO OVEN. Since when does a "Full" kitchen not include an oven? We were told by the front desk that only their 2 bedroom suites had ovens and there was no communal oven. We were also told that we were not the first people to ask. Well, maybe that is because it's in your room description! We were dismayed to have to go back out in the dark, the rain, and with a trailer in tow behind our truck, to pick up a microwave meal. Thankfully the store was nearby. Also, we had prepaid for the room via Hotels.com but the hotel also charged our credit card later on, which we had to dispute with our credit card company (we had to provide this upon check-in for incidentals). The breakfast was very good, and the room was clean and roomy, but the bed was much too hard for our tastes. Finally, there were several feral cats roaming around near the dumpster in back, one of which was actually inside the trash can next to the back door near our room! To say the least it was rather startling on a dark and rainy night to have an animal come bursting out of the trash can when you're trying to get inside! Read more

Our daughter moved to Parsippany about a year ago. We have stayed at many hotels in the area and have been pleased. But nothing like this! I am very allergic to cats and dogs, so I was hesitant on staying here. But the room was very, very clean. The kitchen had dishes and silverware, a frig, and even a dishwasher! The room was immaculate and we didn't […] hear a peep the entire night. If there were pets in the room the day before, I had no type of reaction, which is very rare. My daughter loved the game room, the pool, and even wanted to go to the outdoor play area, just to look around. We loved the pool too. The breakfast in the morning was outstanding! There were several choices that my younger daughter (who is very picky about what she eats) could choose from. The grounds were huge, the flowers were gorgeous, and everything was manicured to a "t". There was even an outdoor picnic area with a grill for you to use. We will definitely be staying here the next time we drive 6 1/2 hours. The bed was very, very comfortable and the room was just so spacious, we didn't feel like we were in a cramped hotel room. Last but not least, the price was amazing! For what you got, it is the best deal around. It is our new favorite hotel!! Read more
