"Great Hotel"

This hotel was in a great location. It's right downtown you can walk (inside skywalk) to everything! The parking was the best and most convenient I've ever experienced downtown. The only negative was no hot tub after a day of walking downtown I was looking forward to relaxing but they don't have one. The breakfast was amazing they had a huge selection. The hospitality hour was also a surprise we didn't even need dinner the first night!! this was a great hotel we will stay again!!!

The location was great for our needs and the parking was very convinient. We entertained guests in our room and the easy access of groceries was a huge plus! I WILL be staying there again!

Our second time staying here and again pleased with comfort and service. Love that breakfast is included, always good variety. Rooms are nicely decorated, clean, spacious and the beds are extremely comfortable! Location is great, easily accessed to any downtown event.

Close to theaters, quiet, large rooms, overall an excellent place to stay downtown. Negative is the cost of parking at this hotel.

We wish we could have stayed longer. The room was very clean and spacious. A great place for a couple to get away from it all. You get a lot for your money.

This is basically a mini apartment with a small living area and kitchen in addition to bed and full bath. Combine it with the free breakfast and it's quite a deal! Location in downtown Minneapolis is ideal.

My wife and I loved the decor and layout of the room. It had everything you would need in a hotel room. The bed was very comfortable.

"Nice Hotel with hidden parking Fees"

Great Hotel and service, but when I check out and went to the parking garage I found out I had to pay $13.00 a day to park. This should have been mentioned at check in when the directed me where to park.

Bathroom vanity was a bit small for two people to leave their travel bags out. Comfort was very good, and the room was quiet. We never eat in a hotel restaurant, so the lack of a restaurant was not missed. The complimentary breakfast was very good. Hot items were included in the buffet rather than the usual cold cereal and bagel.

"A Nice Suprise"

This is the first time my family and I decided to stay "downtown" while visiting relatives in nearby Bloomington. I was pleasantly suprised at the hotel room and location. The fact that we had to pay for parking wasn't a big shock, and the rate was reasonable and easy to forget after we enjoyed the generous breakfast included in the room fee. The hotel was within a "safe" walking distance of many "attractions" like restaurants, parks, etc. My only small complaint was that the mattress seemed to have a bit of a "dip" in the middle. I slept on the pullout the second night. I look forward to a return trip and another stay at the Residence Inn by Marriott.

Our room was fantastic, as was the breakfast and the overall hotel. If you're not accustomed to the city, though, the hotel and parking was a bit tricky. However, for the price, it was terrific!

The suite was larger and nicer than I had expected. The cost was a little above average (though it was reasonable for downtown) but it was well worth it for the newly-remodeled room and service. The breakfast with the belgain waffle maker was great and the adjacent parking ramp was very convenient. Highly recommended.

"Great room - all the amenities"

The room was comfortable and cozy. Great room for anyone staying dowton Minneapolis. Near great restaurants, entertainment and shopping. Even though we live in the Twin Cities it was great fun staying downtown all weekend and having that experience.
