I suppose this was just bad luck, but the hotel was having a very difficult time with a planned transition of the content providers for their in-room television. I would recommend checking prior to your visit as to whether this is still a problem. I felt it was a tad overpriced since the TV was offline.

This hotel is very convenient for the transport system, the T station is only a couple of blocks away and 2 stops takes you to the market area. There are some good restaurants nearby if you fancy eating local. The rooms in the hotel are great and very roomy. The breakfast was not the best I've had but it was OK. We enjoyed the pool and gym.

I stayed at the hotel with a large group of students and we made frequent requests of the front desk staff. The front desk managers could not have been more helpful, professional or friendly. They clearly add a lot of value to this hotel.

I cannot blame the ludicrous street situation in Boston/Cambridge on the hotel, but there's got to be something they can do to help a driver find the hotel. Signs? Good directions? (the hotels.com direction did not work very well) Something. After we got there, about 60 minutes later than we wanted to, the hotel was great. I loved the room. I really loved the location - right by a T stop in about as quiet an area as you'll find in Cambridge. Now that I know where the hotel is, I will very likely stay there again.

My husband and I and our two-year-old daughter needed a place to stay for two nights in the Boston area before heading up north for vacation with friends, and this hotel turned out to be perfect. Even though it's not right in Boston, it is very close to a T stop and we could get around quite easily (plus there are always cabs just outside), and we were able to explore the whole area. We found the hotel modern and clean, the breakfast buffet a real treat, and the suite great for being able to put the little one to bed but still be able to stay up and enjoy our vacation time. The staff was very helpful and nice. I would stay there again for sure.

5 Prima dagen gehad in Boston bij dit hotel. De studio was erg ruim, netjes en compleet; gewoon een ruime hotelkamer. Inclusief complementary breakfast. En in het leuke Cambridge. Volgende keer weer hierheen!
