"Older rooms in east tower"
Our 2 rooms both had stained carpets, torn lampshades, no bathroom fan, peeling window sills and poor wifi. the saving grace was the free breakfast buffet (excellent) and beautiful lobby, vending machines for personal items and friendly staff.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"close to what we needed it for"
The stay was ok. We just needed a room for the night so we didn't need anything extravagant. There was no room service menu in the room as there should have been. I dropped something on the floor and when I picked it up, I noticed there was stuff under the TV cabinet. Overall, it was alright.
