My Mom, daughter and I enjoyed a few days staying at this location for a long Mother's Day ladies weekend. All staff that we came in contact with were friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. Angie was great with our check-in, getting us set up in a room and with local information. A gentleman (didn't catch his name, but worked there) was headed our […] way and offered to help carry our luggage to the room. Marianne (breakfast manager) was awesome! Each day she not only provided us with a good food selection, but also had great ideas on things to do and see while we were in town. She made our time enjoyable and by the time we left we felt we were parting with an old friend. The room (maid: Debbie) was clean, beds made and towels refreshed each day. Rachael was also helpful with info. The hotel may have been a little dated, but was worth the price. We will definitely stay here and also book with Hotels.com again! Read more

I have a physical disability and the fact there was no elevator was difficult. Although there was a ramp system, it was hard to climb up and down the ramp. THE HOT TUB COULD NOT BE USED, EXCUSES GIVEN DEALING WITH CHEMICALS. We were there from Monday through Friday, and still did not get to use the hot tub.

We booked this hotel because it was a Ramada, that used to be known for being a nice hotel chain. What a joke! The room was clean enough but other than that, nothing was good. The walls are PAPER thin!! We heard our neighbor's conversations and, no, they were not yelling. People walked by our first floor window and was able to gawk in, so no privacy […] at all, unless we kept the curtains drawn. But, who wants to do that with the Smoky Mountains outside? The internet kept going down and we had to enter and re-enter the password to even get internet. When we spoke with the desk clerk about moving us to the top floor so we might be able to get some sleep, we told no because housekeeping had too much to do to clean our rooms to prepare them for future guests! Really???? It's 1:30 pm and housekeeping is gone for the day, even though we were told they would have to stay until at least 7 pm to make sure everything was done. So, after a night of no sleep and no comfort, we went to another hotel. The beds are incredibly hard and the pillows are small and flat. Even using 2 pillows, they flattened out in no time at all. I WILL NOT stay at another Ramada after this experience!! After we checked in, they told us there was an MMA event at the convention center next door so parking would be "interesting" over the weekend. I should be able to have a parking place. Read more

We were a group of mothers/daughters for a long, holiday weekend getaway. The hotel was conveniently located, places to eat within walking distance and attractions within 5 miles. The front desk staff was very accommodating and friendly. The breakfast staff was awesome - she kept everything fully stocked and hot coffe and juice was readily available […] literally all day. The rooms were very average - they really should update the fridge and coffee area. The biggest drawback was the hit or miss housekeeping (although on the front sign they were advertising for a housekeeping supervisor). One day our room was made up and we had fresh towels, extra coffee, etc. - the next day it was not and we had to go to the front desk and get our own fresh towels, the beds weren't made & we had to ask for additional coffee. The Hotel was in a great location. Easy access to all the attractions in both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The staff was extremely polite and knowledgable of the area. This was a very special trip for us, and staying in this hotel made it all the more enjoyable.

The first room they gave us was horrible-carpet was fraed at dressing room area and stuck something sharp into my foot; when my husband was bathing the next morning the tub "gave" somewhat when you stood on the end at the shower head; something beating & banging all thru the nite. Very good location, and quite good rooms. Beds could be better. The room ad said that the room would have microwave. We had taken some food which we needed to warm up. Asked the counter staff about the microwave -- they said that all rooms with microwaves were taken. I asked them to keep looking, and they said they would call and let me know. They […] never called. The only complaint that I have was that the heater made a great deal of noise and it seemed that the temperature control was not functioning correctly. I ended up turning the whole system off and just using blankets for warmth. Luckily it was not freezing cold and we were comfortable without the heater.

OK OK place. I would have preferred holiday Inn or something similar.. But for a decent price, and a decent room.. Its worth it.. Comparing how other inns look in pigeon forge,.. this is a ok place to stay... The only better place than Ramada would be Mariott, Holiday Inn etc...

We (6 adults and 4 children) stayed 3 nights at the Ramada on Labor Day weekend. The staff was very friendly and accomadating. Anything we asked for they brought to us within 20 mins. The breakfast was good and well stocked! They had biscuits and gravy, cereal, boiled eggs, toast, bagels, waffle maker, donuts, muffins, bananas and yogurt and few other […] odds and ends. For drinks they had orange juice, apple juice, sweet tea,milk and coffee. For a breakfast that was included with the stay I give it 5 stars. The rooms had refridgerators and personal safes. The beds were very hard and just not comfortable I give the beds 2 stars. The room was out dated in regards to the decor, but fully functionaing and clean - 3 stars. When we first walked into our room there was an fairly strong odor, very musty smelling, almost like animal urine. We sprayed several times with Febreeze, but to no availe. Finally went to the office on the third day and told them about the odor. They gave me a can of professionsl odor killer. Our only issue with our stay was a very discusting refridgerator.It was coated about 20% with some type food waste. When notified operations immeadiately addressed the issue. However that said, one could not help but wonder what else was not cleaned. Probably everything was ok, but it left a bad first impression.
