My family & I had a great time! The pool was warm and my kids swam every day. Even though it's not a new hotel it was a great value & our room was huge. The staff was super friendly and the continental breakfast was good, although I wish there were some protein options instead of just carbs). We will definitely stay again.

The hotel was nicely placed with Port Angeles not too far away and so much in the area. So many of the stores we know and love are nearby and lots of local restaurants too.The pool looked great...alas we did not get to use it.

The front desk staff was very nice and ver efficent. We will never stay here again as the sheet on 1 of the beds had a hole in the side of it. Needed to be thrown away. In the bathroom there was black hair in the corner by the tub. We had just gotten there. There was a long black hair hanging from the towel rack! The blanket was shabby with holes in it and there were lots of stains on the carpet. Also, no small bottle of hand lotion was provided (even though there was shampoo). But, what do you expect for 2 1/2 stars. Waffles at breakfast were very nice and the front desk staff was helpful.

The Hotel and its staff were wonderful. The rooms were clean andthe mexican restaurant next door to the hotel was very good. Great location and friendly people. The only downside was the hot tub in the pool area was not working properly. The jets were not outputting. I would recommend this hotel to anybody travelling thru the area..

The hotel was ok - what I expected for the price. Service was friendly. Walked in to the room to see a popsicle stick on the bed - not a good sign. Found candy under the edge of the bed - housekeeping is not up to speed.

Not maintained at all, bed & pillows were very uncomfortable. Was a non-smoking room but blanket had at least 50 cigarette burns and very thin towels smelled of cigarettes. I did request non smelling towels and they did comply. Hot tub jets did not work properly and pool area very old and not maintained. This hotel is a great option but us definitely a little dated and understaffed. The best parts were the pool and the large rooms. Had trouble getting all the rooms ready on time. Also, what's with the hideous rendition of The Last Supper out front?

The rom was big, we stayed for five nights, when we tried to check in early there was a older man with a ponytail that was very rude though. We decided to check in later that day, when we came back there was a younger guy and he was pretty nice. the room was outdated, the top sheet was a little thread bare, but it was comfy. Overall it was a good room. […] We had room 235 it was at the top of the stairs , last room, so it was very quiet, we didn't have the breakfast, but it smelled good. The hotel could use an elevator, with a bad hip and back, there were sometimes too much after a day of hiking. But we would stay there again. There was a guest laundry, but we didn't use it. The pool was filled and looked to be very clean, again we didn't partake. The hotel is a little out of the way, the parking lot could use some fixing up, there was a huge dip when you come down from the lobby, our little Honda scraped a little bit, but no damage done. Don't stay at this hotel. It is dirty and not maintained well. We had to change rooms because the water backed up in the bathtub while showering. Not a big deal, but they moved us into a room and there was someone else's stuff still in the bathroom. The pool area is gross and half of the lights don't work in the hotel.

The price is not bad, and you expect the hotel to be the quality equivalent to what you pay. In that aspect, it was fine. Overall the stay was good. I would of given a perfect rating, however the manager on staff had a rottweiler that roamed the halls as it pleased. I was fine with this, even with my fear of dogs. My problem is when the dog took a huge […] smelly poo, right outside our door in the interior hallway of the building. I still would of gotten past this IF when I notified the manager it was cleaned up. Unfortunately after almost an hour after alerting the manager (as we saw it when we went to get breakfast.. appetizing I know) it was still there, so we left. I thought the manager would be mortified and would clean it quickly, before other guests saw. Not at all, seems like it was put on a list to do when time allowed. This hotel is in bad need of an upgrade. It was really tacky and did not feel very clean. Minimal decor in the bedroom, an old fashioned tv, scorch marks from an iron on the carpet. Stay here only if you're desperate.

For the price, this hotel was ok. I did find the bed linens a little threadbare compared to other hotels. It could have the grounds cleaner and safer looking. There is nothing behind the hotel, lots of bushes and some garbage. Nice Last Supper mural...new carpet. Could use outside paint and mildew in some bathtubs but not others.

We had connecting rooms 133 and 135 though 135 only had one queen bed and we had 7 people. They threw in a roll away for free because I had requested the connecting rooms since we had 5 kids and 2 adults. It was okay though the bathroom in 133 smelled mildewy. But the kids diden't care. I almost cancelled my reservation based on reading other reviews, but it was a last-minute booking during peak season and most of the other options near the Olympic National Forest were full.
