Strong unpleasant smell in the hall did not permeate the room,thank god. the room was clean and the shower (though tough to stand in , it seemed to slant towards the middle)was adequate.Wi-fi was also fine.

The room had no form of TV guide, listings, or info. No listing of hotel amenities in the room. They had a good continetal breakfast but no info making you aware of this or the room location where it was served or the timeframe. Other then this lack of informatioon, the room was very acceptable for the price.

I didn't have many options when I booked this hotel, the surrounding hotels were full and I had to choose between paying much lower or much higher than my original budget. I should have chosen higher. The hotel was ok for the price I paid and the suite I ended up with was large, it had two rooms and a huge bathroom with a whirlpool tub that I certainly […] would never soak myself in! Everything was quite dated, and our room was in a back building, unattached from the main building. The building had a very strong musty smell but the room didn't smell. The lighting was extremely poor in the room. When we arrived, we checked in to our room and it had no pull out sofa like it was supposed to, so I called the desk and they told me I made a booking mistake and that there were no other rooms to give me. I pulled out my receipt, which showed that I did not make a mistake, and they suddenly had another room for me. Overall it was ok for the price but I wouldn't stay there again. Read more

It could have been worse. Room was clean. There was free wifi and cable TV. Continental breakfast was included, but it was an atrocity at best. But it'll hold you over until you find some real food. All-in-all worth the discounted price.

The room had a very musky damp smell. The bathrooms had NO space to put anything, except top of toilet. We stayed in NYC for one night and when we returned we were checked out of our room, although it was paid for and did not check out and received no courtesy call.

Accessability for a wheelchair is extremely limited. One ramp only at entrance with no auto door opener. Rooms are clean and bright but moving about within requires much creativity.

My family and I felt safe, close to the expressway, and relatively quiet even though our room was near the stairs and exit. It even had a fitness room, and laundry facilities. The place could really benefit from a remodeling. The room was small and the furniture older but it was clean. The nights I stayed the temp outside was rather warm and that pushed the older AC unit to it's limit trying to keep up. It took until after midnight to get the room down to a comfortable temperature. I am not satisfied about the condition of the hotel room because the toilet was dysfunctional due to the fact that the previous customers flushed something other than what was supposed to be in the toilet. We, as later hotel dwellers, needed to deal with the toilet ourselves with the plunger. Second, the breakfast, even though it's complimentary, was […] recklessly and inconsiderably placed on the counter--e.g. half-dozen of bagels were in its bag, and people had to reach their hands in the bag to get the baked good--it was not hard to imagine that the bagel you had was actually touched by other people's hands fumbling in the bag. That is a big sanitation hazard. The hotel room window cannot be opened--that is a security hazard. The lack of light is the room is also another secuity hazard. The only thing that I think is accetable is the friendliness of the staff; other than that, this hotel is really not what I would recommend even to the budget travellers. Read more

This hotel was previously an Econo Lodge and it shows. I chose this hotel because it was a Ramada, and I thought those were more upscale cheaper hotels. However, this place was grungy. I stayed at the hotel for a total of 7 hours and counted every minute until I could leave. A previous reviewer stated there was an odor in the hallway – that was true, […] and it was funky. Not mentioned in description is that there are two building, and the back building which I stayed in, faced a parking lot that in the overnight hours doubled as a truck stop. The room seemed grimy from the minute I opened the door. When I unmade the bed to get in, there was a hole in the bedspread, and the linens were yellowish. There were two pillows, however one of them was lumpy and the other was so flat it was pointless to use. The shower dripped all night, and it was loud enough to hear with the bathroom door shut. I realized that I didn’t pay a lot for this room, but I was expecting it to be decent. I'm not someone who usually complains or needs everything be the newest most up-to-date ... but about 12:30am I was seriously considering finding another hotel. I will never stay at this hotel again, and when people I know travel to the region; I will suggest they stay elsewhere. Read more
