The room was clean. It is older so baseboards and carpet showed alot of wear. Service was excellent. Breakfast was great girls who work the breakfast were very helpful. We would stay again.

The wi-fi did not work inf the rooms. The BBQ was not available as advertised. The gates to the pool did not activate by the room key7s and were propped open all the time. No elevators anywhere in the hotel.

this is by far one of the nicest hotels we've stayed at- Very clean -roomy rooms-coffee pot with plenty of coffee in each room- nice lobby area with free computer use and lots of tourist brocures- a wonderful- unbelievable breakfast buffet(FREE) with great service. This hotel is conveniently located and will be our only choice when visiting Yuma!

Internet was not functioning in rooms--was able to use lobby. Breakfast was good. Rooms are clean but outdated. First room had a strong odour of "horse", got a second room and more favourable--perfume spray. Drain plug in tub "leaky", wasting precious water. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Needs updating but cleaner then a lot of higher priced hotels. Mainly the bathroom and carpet needs work and the hot water faucet dripped a lot but overall was worth the price we paid especially with the restaurant next door. For the price we paid we will stay there again next month (Feb.)

The first thing was the price differance $25 in summer to $50 in winter. Well I can see how that would change but the cheap little towels in the bath and the breakfast was sub par compared to last time. If I need to come down that way again I doubt I will be staying there!

Room smelled awful(including the bedding) - like the sanitizer in mens public washrooms. furnishings and overall hotel are beyond being dated - it was simply old Bathroom in our room was dreadful - cleanliness of toilet left me wanting to find the sanitary toilet seat covers for use in our room. Public washroom area near where breakfast was available did not contain liquid hand soap nor toilet paper. Internet did not work - same as reported on Expedia by other guests. The hotel was easy to find as it is on the main road into Yuma , but pretty far from the main part of town and there didn't seem to be much redeeming about the area. It backs onto a residential neighbourhood which seemed pleasant though and our room faced that way. For a Hotel that say's it has internet service it is a joke. Only in certain rooms you can connect to there wireless service. These non smoking room reek like smoke. I felt sick from it. The bathroom door stuck every time and I kept getting locked in. My husband had to help me get out of the bathroom! The shower was dirty and stained. Will never stay here again.

We were driving through and just needed a place to sleep. This was it. Based on other reviews it was as we expected. The location was ok and it had breakfast. Hard to find these days. The hotel needs some upgrades, but the staff was friendly and the room was clean.

Appreciated room had alarm clock, coffee pot, fridge, and microwave! Amenities most hotels in same range were lacking. The staff was welcoming and friendly even though I was dirty, coming right from a construction job. The bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows. i know this is where I'll stay in the future.

We had to go after more towels because there were 3 of us and only were given a bath towel. Only one wash cloth in the room. Only one bar of soap.
