This hotel is fine if you're looking for a low budget no frills place to sleep. It's located in a very ethnic neighborhood, mostly small businesses all within walking distance. There is no breakfast, or vending machines. Also there was no tourist information available, not even a map of the local area. I would pass, there are several other hotels within a couple miles that are little more expensive, but worth it.

I honestly would not recommend staying here. And the neighborhood isn't that great. But I will admit that it's pretty convenient because there are some good food places around.

I have stayed at this hotel multiple times with no problem. A friend and business associate was staying with me this time, and while I am a "clean cut" business man, my friend has dreadlocks, which for him is a religious choice. The manager/ owner requested an additional $150 deposit due to my friend staying there, which he has never done with me, then proceeded to accuse us of smoking in the room, which we did not, and would not, do. I hope all of you boycott this hotel for it's discriminatory practices.

It came with a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and in-room safe, and the courtyard-style parking gives a slight security advantage.

Well first-off, the man at the front desk was rude, rushed me out of the front desk area, and he never looked up at me. That was odd. The room itself is comfortable, especially the bed, but the lighting in the room was too blue (as opposed to a warm light). Check-out time was at 12PM, which was great; the frige really keeps things cold; and the walls are thick, though you can hear the showers going. If you take a shower really early, chances are you'll get luke-warm water, but later on it does warm-up. I probably wouldn't stay here again, being that the only reason I stayed here was because my regular hotel was booked. But if anyone really needs to be in the area, it's an OK stay.

The Inn has a pretty modern looking interior and an 80's ish exterior on the outside. The 25" flat screen TV is a nice touch although the cable constantly goes in & out and their wireless internet did not work properly at all. So if your are a business traveler and need your computer this is not the place for you. Pros: Great location, clean hotel, comfortable room with flat screen tv. Cons: Very noisy. We stayed on the first floor and you could hear the footsteps of the person above you. We tried to change rooms but was not able to. The noise is ridiculous there. Constant banging, horns from cars, and people outside. The breakfast was not like most hotels. They only had cereal and toast. Overall I was not happy with the hotel due to the noise. We would go to sleep around 1-2am and seems as if the other guest start their day around 6am.

The neighborhood was not exactly upscale although I felt safe, no problem. The facility itself was very comfortable and had everything you need for business (internet, coffee and snack in the morning, hot shower). Not exactly a place i would take the family. The front attendant is responsive although not always up front, sometimes you have to wait a few minutes for him. You'll need a car, not much to walk to.

I already knew the area, and it's not bad at all, it's even next to a part. Great shopping distance basically in the middle of everything in the Valley. The room was large and nice and all of the cabnets, applicences were new. the flat screen hd tv was nice (too bad didn't have any HD channels). Only wish it had a pool, that would have made it better for the price. Also, though said free internet, they charge 2.50 per day w/maintainence fees, that was a bummer and misleading.
