The Westin was perfect! Stayed in a suite with friends for a weekend away. The hotel was clean and the service was great. The location is perfect for walking and dining in the old port and totally accessible if you want to spend time downtown or further North. No complaints!

Price at the restaurant was high ei $16.00 for glass of house wine. Gym under reno and card for other facility didn't work

We only stayed the one night at Place d'Armes hotel, on our way back to Vancouver and then home, but we wished we had more time, and will return. The hotel staff were both welcoming and efficient (not a combination one often finds), and the hotel itself was immaculate in every respect. The room was flawless in its design, the bed was soft enough to be comfortable, but not so soft as to feel like one is clambering from a bean-bag, upon rising, (as I found in so many hotels in the States!) I particularly appreciated that the designers had eschewed a bath/shower combination in the large bathroom, and installed a large, stone-clad, walk-in shower with a beautiful glass shower screen, instead. The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring Old Town Montreal by foot, which was just what we wanted to do, since we only had the one night. When we checked out, we left our luggage with Place D'Armes, mentioned when we would return for our flight and, when we did, a taxi was already awaiting us. Immaculate service.

I had my frustration being challenged about my package deal, ie room and parking by the clerks and the evening and morning manager. On arrival, we had to wait 40 minutes. The clerk wasn't able to answer my questions properly. I don't even know if I will have to pay supp;ement for my car parking despite my contract. The shuttle driver, Roberto was amazing! […] This is a real gentleman, helpfull, smiling, with a good sens of humor. He is also a hard worker. He is an asset for the hotel. They have to readjust. Read more
"Quality Hotel Dorval. A Dump!"
Let's keep this simple: dirty, noisy, rude staff, inconveniently located, spa set to 85 degrees F. Pool empty. I wouldn't let my dog stay in this dump, and he's dead.
"A thoughful Hotel"
The Quality Hotel Dorval is an older hotel that is well kept. The restaurant is above average in the quality and presentation of their dishes. What I loved about this hotel is that they took the extra time to place a "story of the day" in my room which was very uplifting, three chocolates on a plate which welcomed me in my name and another story with […] the daily newspaper. "dint get what I reserved"
I booked a room with 2 double beds and received a queen bed and the room was right in front of the elevator and I dint get any sleep from 5 AM on

Nous avons réservé une chambre non-fumeur, malheureusement il restait une odeur, peut etre dans le tapis ou la literie, comme si la chambre avait deja été utilisé par des fumeurs. La chambre utilisisé a notre premier séjour était de meilleur qualité.

"部屋はかび臭く、隣の部屋の音が筒抜け"
空港から近く夜間便到着などで使用する為のHOTELと言う感じ。 部屋の中はカビ臭が有り、両隣の部屋の音は筒抜けです。 ホテルからの移動手段については空港直近とのこともありあり問題ない程度に整っています。
