The night clerk at check in was great! Hotel was clean. I had an interview downtown and my fiancee who uses crutches to get around stayed in the room. The staff was not really very nice when we checked in, she was not really rude but did nothing to be inviting. on the last day of the trip, the hot tub was unbelivebly dirty. we are not sure what happened in it but it smelled bad and had a scum like quality to the water and the hotel was not cleaning it or even closing it. the room was extremely cold […] when we got there and we couldnt figure it out to fix it so we asked for help and the girl (the same one as checkin) was rude. no pool towles. The price that I paid for this motel was way over priced due to the fact that it is underconstruction and they don't even warn you about it and feel that they can still charge top dollar for the motel. I was very unsatisfied!

Had a handicap room and the extra space was appreciated, however the handicap shower was frustrating to use as it refused to stay in a position high enough to wash my hair. This was the only disappointment. Everything else was satisfactory.

This was our second time staying at this hotel and it won't be our last. The staff were friendly and helpful. The beds were comfy. The breakfast buffet is very good for a hotel breakfast! and the cinnamon rolls at breakfast are awesome! And was just across the street from the shopping malls and restaurants. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Hotel was really nice. It had a great hot breakfast and the breakfast attendant was great. The beds were typical hotel beds not crazy comfortable but I was still slePt fairly well. The pool is open 24 hrs and that was great for my kids. We plan on staying there again

I went to Sandy, UT to work a show at the nearby convention center. The Holiday Inn Express was conveniently located, clean, comfortable and friendly. Complimentary breakfast was good with a decent variety of food options. Staff was helpful. I would stay there again.

The hot tub at this Hotel sucked. It wasn't hot and the jets didn't work well. Only two jets worked and still weren't very powerful. When I made a complaint with the front desk they said that they reset it and it should work and that it was hot enough. The jets never changed and it was not much warmer than the pool, which was cold. It didn't seem to […] do any good to complain. I would of asked for a discount, but it didn't seem to matter to the front desk, so I didn't. The only reason we stayed at this hotel was because of the pool and hot tub, so it was a disappointment. I was quite impressed with this hotel. The rooms were clean, there were 2 queen beds and a pull out sofa, so 2 of the 4 of us in in the room got to have our own beds. Breakfast buffet was excellent - we especially liked the pancake maker. I'd definitely stay here again.

Worst night of sleep I ever had in a hotel. For starters the walls are paper thin. Couple that with a room by the elevator and it's not a good combination for a restful night. The guy in the room next to mine fell asleep with his TV on WAY loud. I couldn't sleep so I called down to the front desk. They said they would call and ask him to turn it down. […] After 20 minutes I called down again to let them know I wanted a new room (The TV was still on full blast). That's when I found out they called the wrong room. They called the right room and I clearly heard his half of the conversation through the walls. He turned off his TV and I was able to go to sleep until the loud people decided to hang out by the elevator for 20 minutes around 3am! The free breakfast was... well free so I won't complain about that but it was a solid "C+" even for a free hotel breakfast. Read more

The room was just the right size. Everyone had a comfortable place to sleep. Our room was close to the pool/hot tub so it was very convenient. The kids had a great time swimming!
