Nice location to Mt Pleasent. Downtown.

Stay here a lot. Always have courteous service. Have seen other posts about this hotel saying the room windows don't open or that breakfast is so so. Both are untrue. Very good breakfast. Windows DO open. Overall great hotel location for touring/or anything that you're doing in the Charleston area. Good hotel for the money.

This hotel was great! The location was excellent--right by all of the Patriots Point attractions, such as the Yorktown and Fort Sumter. It was right by the Ravanele Bridge (people parked their cars on the street by our hotel to walk or jog across it), and had easy access to downtown Charleston. A complimentary hot breakfast was served, including bacon, eggs, biscuits, sausage gravy, cereal, fruit, four types of juice, coffee, milk, and more. Rooms were clean, as was the hotel. Staff was great, and a computer with printer was available in the lobby for guests to use free of charge. I would definitely stay here again, and would encourage all who are traveling to Charleston to do the same. You won't be disappointed!

Hadn't been to Charleston, SC in over 4yrs. Thought that I was booking the same motel that I'd stayed in last time in Mt. Pleasant. Glad that it wasn't!! Has soon has you cross over the gorgeous new bridge from Charleston into Mt. Pleasant you're at the hotel! Able to walk to and over the bridge. Walking/very short drive from the Yorktown, and water/kayaking in Patriot's Point. Easy drive to Isle of Palms, and Fort Moultrie. And very easy to drive into Charleston. Rooms were clean, hotel was clean...only thing they need is an exhaust fan in the bathroom. The continental breakfast was very nice also. Next time my boyfriend will have to bring his golf clubs, and try out the golf course across the road!!

Overall, it was a really great stay. The only problem was that the tub faucet dripped and the exhaust fan in the bathroom didn't work. Other than that, very clean, comfortable, and a great location.

We had a suite with a kitchenette and a sofa bed. Plenty of room and excellent location. I would highly recommend to people staying in area. Not far from beach and right at Patriot's Point. Excellent hot breakfast in am.

great location! quiet rooms. some mold in bathroom,no fan in bathroom. other than that-awesome!

I mostly got the hotel for the location, and it truly was an amazing place. Not only was it right next to Patriots Point, but there was a shopping center on the opposite side with a 24 hour grocery store. The new bridge in Charleston could be seen in full grandeur from our room. The beds were very comfy, the room as a whole was clean. The only thing that bothered me was the mold above the shower. That was the only thing that wasn't clean - everything else was spotless. The breakfast wasn't great, the biscuits were brick hard, but at least the eggs and bacon were warm. I would definitely recommend this hotel and attend it again on my next trip, and just hope the mold is gone next time.

Great place to stay. Especially if you want to walk to take the Ferry for Fort Sumpter or if you want to walk the bridge over to Charleston. Room was clean, breakfast was great and staff were all friendly and helpful! Would stay again

Great place but I felt it was over priced for the age of the place. Quite, clean, and close to where we wanted to be though so oveall was a nice place stay!

The first night, our bed sank so bad in the middle that my wife and I had to sleep back to back. The faucet in the tub leaked scalding hot water. There was no vent in the bathroom. The telephone did not work. We were moved to another room the next night and things were better but still no vent in the bathroom. Great location!!

Needed a room for a night after a medical procedure. This was it - convenient to MUSC, yet removed from the congestion of downtown Charleston. A plethora of food choices on the Mount Pleasant side coupled with a clean, comfortable, generously sized room. All I could have asked for.

Hotel was very clean, absoloutely loved everything about my 2 night and a day stay! The hotel was in a great location, located in walking distance of the Ferry boat to Fort Sumter. Grocery stores and plenty restaurants near by. The bed was comfortable, though would bring my own pillows next time. ((very small, square couch pillows)) Recommended and will definitely stay there again on my next visit!

Although we only spent one night in this hotel we were impressed by the clean, spacious rooms, excellent beds, friendly staff and generous breakfast. Very convenient for the city - a five minute drive. Shops, restaurants, parks and an interesting navy museum within walking distance. Would definitely stay again.

hotel was right next to patriots point and ferry to fort sumpter. clean room, nice breakfast for the price. had 3 kids so we were are able to fit in one spacious room.

Very convenient location. Suite offered good space for changing and relaxing. Kitchenette helpful, but would like a few real glasses. front desk made good restaurant suggestions. Business center with computer access would be great addition.

Very clean...convenient to Charleston area points of interest...accommodating and courteous staff...delicious complimentary breakfast...ample free parking...all in all a most delightful hotel experience!

It would be nice to be a little more understanding and forgiving about check-out times. I ran the cooper river race took the first bus back to the hotel had to walk 3 miles to hotel and told the front desk clerk that I might be a little past the 11:00 am check-out time since I arived at 10:38. I was told to " chop-chop" which I preceded to do and was checked out by 11:00. It would have been nice to not have been so rushed.

The room was very spacious and comfortable. The staff was helpful. The complimentary breakfast was top notch.

I visited this hotel with my four children. The room was big enough for us all to sleep comfortably. I was also very appreciative of the microwave and refridgerator.

The hotel was conveniently located to everything we wanted to see. It was a short drive to downtown. Staff was very nice and helpful. Would stay again.

poorly designed room(s) with 1 TV far from the sitting area. Also no "cocktail table in the sitting area, so no place to put a plate or glass. Kitchen, but no silver, dishes, glasses etc.

The staff were very helpful re. places to eat,directions to places, things to do. They went out of their way to make sure we had no problems. The rooms were great... lots of pillows and towels. Room was very clean. Bed very comfortable. Easy to get around from this location. Would highly recommend and will definitely stay there again.

Nice room for the price, location was excellent, Friendly staff and excellent breakfast included in price. Slight musty odor in the room.

During swimsuit and summer months, all rooms should be sprayed with a disinfectant spray so that rooms are not only tidy, but have a fresh clean scent appeal for the next guests.

I would have to say that the one big thing this hotel needs is better tv choices (especiall for kids) along with movie rentals!! Also, the fitness center was out of order which was a bummer. The comforters fall off the beds easily so not a great nights sleep, however overall it was just fine.

Great Breakfast, with lovely ladies hosting buffet. Easy access to Cooper River Bridge for stroll or run.
