Our room had two minor issues which we reported at checkout. (Refrigerator did not work well due to broken seal on door and toilet needed a little tightening) I will trust the hotel will address these maintenance issues. The suite was clean, comfortable and pleasing for our stay. This is always our first choice of accommodations, so much better than a standard room. The Hotel has simple elegance and a top rate, friendly and efficient staff.

Location.
Situated in the heart of Oakville, Quality Suites Oakville is close to Bronte Creek Provincial Park. Additional area attractions include Oakville Centre for the Performing Arts and Sheridan College.

"Quality Suites: Oakville, Ontario"
The room and hotel were very clean. Comfy beds, very comfy, though a little higher for my 5'1". Nice staff. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub too. Ate at the restaurant (Hamptons) and it was fair. Odd service (quirky, neither good or bad) and decent food. Neighborhing Tim Horton's was a good, cheap alternative for breakfast.

"Great place to stay"
We have stayed here the last 5 years on our annual trip Toronto. Never had a bad moment in the hotel. The Bronte Rd GO station is only a mile away.
"Nice hotel - good bang for your buck"
Clean & roomy. We had a suite with 4 adults, it was nice having the extra room and the extra tv. The air conditioner did not do the job for that size room and it was warm at night. Location was good for making day trips to Toronto and Hamilton, easy on/off highway. The pool, jacuzza, sauna & exercise room was nice but very small area. 3 pieces of equipment […] that we had to fight over for the whole hotel. And not a good area to run outside, too much traffic. Front desk was very courteous & helpful. The restaurant had a beautiful patio but after our bad service, we did not return. "Not Up to Expectations"
Room service is very bad, every time we need to go front desk for collecting any items(sugar, creamer, conforter, towel etc...). Most of the items which they mentioned under Amenities wont be avialble in the room. In web page they mentioed they will provide Cookware, dishware, and utensils etc... but noting will be avilable and no response for your […] requiest. Nice hotel with more than the usual Quality Suites amenities including a bar and resturant. Decent value and convenient to the highway.
"Great place to stay"
We have stayed here 5 years in a row when we visit Toronto. Oakville is a wonderful town if you just want to relax and enjoy the waterfront. The staff is very friendly. Your GPS may not recognize the revamped exit at Bronte Road. It is OK getting of the QEW, but doesn't know the exit road has been changed.
I must say that this hotel is by far the best place that me and my family have stayed, and we stay in a lot of hotels. I recommend this hotel to all travellers, nothing to dislike about this hotel, the staff is ever so friendly, smiles await you at every turn. Even though the QEW is a block away, our room faced it, it was quiet, you can hear a little […] traffic but still had a good nights sleep. A plus is having a nice restaurant downstairs, breakfast is exquisite. A gas station across the parking lot and last but not least, a Tim Horton's downstairs, now that was an A-plus. Very quiet neighborhood and a movie theater not too far away, less than ten minutes away. Not too far from the shore of Lake Ontario, if you're on the freeway, the hotel is in plain view and just get off the ramp and you're literally there. Read more

"Quality Hotel in Oakville"
Hotel was easily accessible to the QEW. It was a excellent value versus staying in Downtown Toronto as we made our way back to the US - Buffalo after a full day in downtown Toronto. Room was in excellent condition. Tim Hortons attached to the property made for a conveinent breakfast stop on the way out.

Great room, nice staff, very reasonable price. Would definitly recommend it to anyone. Several good places to eat in the area too. Good location if visiting Niagara and Toronto as its pretty much in the middle.

The room and reception service were excellent and we were provided a quiet room location on Friday and Saturday nights when there were festivities in the hotel. We recommend this hotel. Unfortunately, the hotel's Hampton restaurant failed miserably with poor to fair service and a terrible meal consisting of a tough, tasteless and badly overcooked strip […] loin steak. The room was very good. The view was no hell. We were on the second floor and the view was the top of a roof with a somekind of a railling. I would and will be going back to stay there again. It`s the perfect spot that is close to my some of my Familly members. What better place to be than on top of a Tim Hortons.

I was disappointed in the room size, maintenance, old bathroom,noisy at night; staff great, meal in restaurant satisfactory. I thought it was overrated. More like 2 stars instead of 3.
"Lots of room"
We were pleasantly surprised to find such a spacious suite with all the amenities - full kitchette, hair dryer, iron, extra pillows etc. The living room had a "L" shaped couch, large footstool and a pull out couch - and the bedroom had two queen sized beds! It was very good value for money.

I booked the suite last minute, needed a comfortable spot to destress. Got a good price from hotels.ca for a king suite with livingroom. I really liked the room. It was spacious and clean and so was the rest of the hotel. Staff were very friendly. There's a Tim Horton's beside it which was convenient. It was off the highway at Bronte road. "Quality Suites- more than just for business"
This hotel was easy to find. Staff were friendly. Style and condition of hotel were great. The pool is cold and small. The restaurant attached (though not affiliated) to the hotel was closed during "regular" weekend business hours. The little bit of green space around the hotel was surprisingly nice considering we were right by the highway.

Udemærket hotel til prisen. Dog skuffet over deres fitnessrum, som bestod af 3 cardiomaskiner og intet andet. Men er man ikke til fitness er hotellet, bortset fra den umådelige kedeligt indrettede restaurant, et godt udgangspunkt for udflugter til bl.a. Toronto og Niagara Falls.
