We had a little trouble with them not wanting my friends guide dog to stay there. The room was nice but small. We had to keep asking for towels because they never left them when they cleaned the room. It was stated that the indoor pool was heated but it was so cold that we couldn't stand to get in it!

Room was clean and very nice. Staff was friendly. It was close to everything we needed. HOWEVER.... the indoor pool had GREEN water, the hot tub was ICE COLD, the breakfast area had NON-Working juice dispensers, toasters and waffle iron, so breakfast was limited to coffee and muffins. Fortunately there was an IHOP restaurant next door. :)

Entered room at reservation time and room was not even cleaned from previous guests. Floors were dirty..toilet bowl had a dirty ring on the inside and hot tube and shower were grungy. Room was filthy and, though non-smoking, reeked of smoke and had cigarette burns on the carpet and bedspread. A kind front desk clerk moved us to a cleaner room, but it still left much to be desired. I definitely would not stay here again.

I booked this hotel for the indoor hot tub. Then two days before my stay I learn the hot tub will be down for maintenance for 90 days or more. I called Expedia to see about changing rooms so they called the hotel to cpnfirm the hot tub is down. Hotel said the hot tub is fine and running. You guessed it. The next day i check in and the hot tub is out […] of order. The room could of used some upkeep. The breakfast was full of bread, bread and more bread. It did have coffee and something they say was OJ. The front desk clerk at check out could use a swift class in customer service. It was almost like she was doing us a favor allowing us to check out. As to the location. The hotel is settled amongst close to 20 or more other hotels.Right off the Interstate. Overall there are many choices in this area. The hotel was located in a central location in close proximity to restaurants. Our toilet in our room backed up, and we were told that maintenance wasn't available until the next day. They offered to move us but it was midnight and we were settled in. The next morning the front desk said maintenance didnt come in until 11. My husband had to plunge it […] himself. It took an act of Congress to get towels and washcloths. Our room was on the first floor and had a sliding door to the parking lot. The curtains were sheer, and didnt hide anything. This is a nice hotel that is starting to show some age. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I stayed in a suite with my sons, it was very nice and we all enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub. Convient location just off I-95 with a short drive to down town Savannah.

When we checked in we were greeted by a wonderful young lady that was so very pleasant and even downloaded directions to the closest market. One of the reasons in our family choosing this hotel was the fact that it offered not only a grilling/picnic area but that the hotel also offered grills for families to use. A couple of day's prior to our stay, […] I contacted the hotel directly to ask if the grills used gas or charcoal. The young lady that answered the phone put me on hold and asked the manager this question, when she returned she stated that the manager stated that they would be charcoal, and would be available the weekend we planned to stay. However, when we arrived we were told that we had to provide that on our own. Now this is not a reason most people choose a hotel but the fact of the matter was if you tell someone you will provide then do so. The pool was okay, but really needed to be cleaned along with the hot tub. The vending machines also took the change and didn't give drinks and the game room never had change. The room has water spots covering the ceiling. When i went to take a shower i notices that the vent and the stainless steel finishes all had rust on them. Worst of all the shower curtian and soap dish has obvious mold growing. The bed was not even comfortabble. I WOULD NOT STAY HERE AGAIN.

My boyfriend and I stayed here with our pup, they were very pet friendly and the staff was very nice. The rooms were very comfortable and clean, the indoor pool was great and open til 11 p.m., they also had an arcade and a bar. The staff was very helpful and even gave our pup some loving. The price was definitely reasonable, and they didn't charge an arm and a leg for a pet fee like some hotels will. This hotel is showing some wear and tear but overall good value for the money. Great location if you need an overnight stay while traveling the I-95 corridor. A bit out of the way if you are spending a few days touring Savannah and the area but the price overcomes the location. Full service and fast food restaurant nearby. I will stay here again.

If I had my family on this trip we would have never stayed. I checked in around 10pm and just wanted to get some rest. Exterior appearance was good but once inside headed to the room I realized I got what I paid for. Poor maintenance on the grounds, ciggerate butts in the stair well, chipping paint, light out in my bathroom, needed to go to the business […] center, no software, just internet, printer was out of ink, just gave up and went tpo bed. The hotel was in a good location, easy to get to and near restaurants, Walmart, service stations and only a very short drive from downtown. I only have one complaint and it is that our jacuzzi tub did not work and although it was reported no one ever came to fix it.

The front desk staff was really nice. The hotel had an all around musty smell perhaps it had been hit by the storm the Previouse week. Our suite was very roomy and the Continental breakfast was great. Nice accomodations for the price.

Nice for a one night stay. Right off I-95. We did have a staff member try to open the door when we had a person getting out of the shower in a towel and only knocked once and very quickly. So make sure to answer the door with the speed of light.

We (a family of two adults and two small children) stayed for five nights while vacationing in Savannah. The overall condition of the hotel was a bit older and in need of some refreshing but was comfortable and clean. The staff (with one exception) were very friendly and accommodating including the cleaning staff. We were happy with the breakfast, but […] felt a bit like we were carb-loading each morning, as the only options were cereal, make-your-own waffles, french toast, donuts, bagels, pecan twirls, or muffins. The rooms were very clean, smelled great, and fully stocked with all that we needed (kudos on the larger refrigerators, which made it possible to actually stock it with basic supplies for a family). We LOVED the swimming pool and the heated spa tub, and were pleasantly surprised that there was an onsite guest laundry so that we could wash out sandy beach clothes as needed. Our only irritation the entire week was that the hotel seems to be a cheap haven for construction crews, who at times, were far too raucous for the more reserved families in the hotel. Luckily, the walls didn't seem to carry their noise into the rooms. Great choice for a budget conscious family and for anyone who would like a decent stay near Savannah. Read more
