First of all the place is absolutely filthy. The handle on the hair dryer was so dirty you could not touch it. The drain from the sink was laying on the counter, there was no covering on the rusted out light fixture in the bathroom and the tub did not drain, so you had to stand in someone else's bathwater. The room next door belonged to a hooker, she […] was nice enough but very busy. The bed was like camping, and the refrigerators are only for weekly rentals. Obviously, people live there. It was disgusting, and I did actually hear a gunshot. When I went accross the street for coffee because there was none at the free continental breakfast, the attendant yelled at me to "be safe". The clerk wore the same shirt from the time we checked in until I could find another room. I know this because he had a coffee stain on it. When we left early they would not give us any kind of receipt. Also, there were rat droppings on the stairs in the corridor. DO NOT TAKE YOUR FAMILY HERE. Read more

Manger was very rude, we arrived at the hotel around 3 am from Milwaukee and had a reservation. The glass doors were locked, the manager saw us waved goodbye and walked away.

The cheap rate was the best part of the experience. I needed to stay in the hotel to work while my husband was at a 3-day conference. I thought the room came with a microwave and an iron/ironing board, but it didn't. The mattress was lumpy. Service was perfunctory and a bit lacking. We had maid service only one day. I had to go to the front desk in the evening to request them and one appeared to be slightly soiled (grey smudges). The wi-fi was spotty; I never knew if I would be able to get to my email. It is an cheap motel. My door lock did not work and i hard to try every time for about five mins to get it open, and the staff at the front desk was very rude and tried to change my rooms because it didnt fit what they thought i is not what i needed. i had to argue just to keep my room. If you want a hot shower you need to turn it on and wait at least […] 30 mins for it to warm up. I stayed one night in this hotel as I had an overnight lay-over in Nashville. As a Days Inn, I was expecting a certain level of upkeep and service. The service was terrible; I waited over an hour at the airport for the shuttle to pick me up, and once I got to the hotel, the woman behind the counter was very rude, hardly spoke while checking me in and […] then wouldn't help me to arrange a shuttle back to the airport for the next morning. I was told I had to show up 20 minutes before and make arrangements then. I needed to be at the airport by 6 a.m., and I didn't know if they'd have a shuttle on-call at that time of the morning. I also was not given a username and password for the internet, and I was yelled at when I called on the phone from my room to get the password. My room was in awful condition. The bed was the only unbroken part, though the comforter did have cigarette burns (this in a non-smoking room, by the way). The toilet was loose from the floor (though the bathroom was clean), and the light above the sink outside the bathroom didn't turn on. The refrigerator made a squeaking noise about every 20 seconds. The desk lamp was not plugged in because the plug was cut off the cord, and the handle was hanging sideways off the desk drawer. The alarm clock kept resetting itself to 12:00 and the light on one side of the bed had no switch to turn it on. The room was clean, but in disrepair. Had I planned to stay more than one night, I would have sought another hotel. Read more

Older building with parking lot in disrepair...large hole (6 x 8') in drive to upper parking. First room we were place in the door was AJAR, doorframe broken, linens disturbed, etc. When we went back to the front desk to report that the room had been broken into and was unclean and unsafe the manager did not even make eye contact and reported "our customers […] are safe, people don't complain." I told him that I WAS COMPLAINING. He did not call the police, he did not inspect the room. He just gave us the keys to another room 2 doors down from the burgled one!!!! This room had been painted and new carpet installed but the carpet was obviously installed over previous torn flooring as it was very lumpy. THe bathroom door did not close, there was caked in dirt in all corners of the room, and the TV had one channel. The noise level was remarkable...it was like being inside an MRI all night as 18 wheelers were allowed to park and idle in the parking lot all night. This was VERY disappointing as the EXPEDIA STAFF directed me to this hotel when my original choice of hotels sold out before he could process the order. The hotel isnt clean on the outside or in. My room smelled like alcohol and beer. I stepped into a wet place on the floor and realized it was beer. There was not a iron in the room. We stayed for a hair show in Nashville. The hotel was clean as far as the rooms go, no bugs, dirt, etc..but only half of everything worked. Our fridge didn't work and we couldn't get it replaced, we kept getting told that they would be there in 5 min. If you are going just to sleep then its fine. Pool was broke and grounds weren't mowed or kept up.

For the price I paid it got what I expected,but less. The mattress had brown stains all over it, there was no toilet paper and garbage bags in the trash cans. They offer a shuttle service that is driven by the employees with their personal vehicles. They lied saying it was $30 for a taxi to go one into downtown, when In actuality it is only $13-$14. I was forced to take a taxi, because their 24 hour shuttle refused to pick us up at 9:00 PM, because the driver was "Too busy". They stranded me and my girlfriend down town and told us the hotel information was on our key card. When we finally got a taxi I went to look on my key card to get back to our room there was nothing on the key card except advertisments. I had to offer a bartender $10 to use his smart phone to look up the address because my phone had died. They refused to reimburse me the money I had prepaid for the shuttles round trip when I had only gone one way, which was their fault...When I got back to our hotel our driver was sitting in the waiting area watching ESPN! When I got to my room I noticed the chain lock was missing, so I requested another room as I was traveling alone and wanted to feel secure. We booked this hotel for our fifth anniversary vacation. We're from Alaska, and we arrived in Nashville after a cross-country flight; we were exhausted and looking forward to finally getting some rest! We were disappointed as soon as we arrived in the neighborhood. The area is run down and very seedy, and there are signs posted in the hotel parking […] lot warning guests not to leave their valuables in their cars overnight! The desk clerk on duty was very friendly and helpful, but that couldn't make up for the state of the room. The furniture was damaged, the bathroom fan didn't work, there was a massive crack in the wall of the shower, and the chain had been removed from the door, so I didn't even feel secure in the room and had to leave the bathroom light on all night. So we booked a quick stay at the Days Inn "Airport" which is not really next to the airport. It's down Murfressboro Pike in a very questionable and run down neighborhood.
