"In the heart....."
Very well placed , right by the Liffey at the Milennium Bridge. Directly across from Temple Bar's nightlife. Within walking distance of the Jameson Distillery , and the Jervis , Henry St and Grafton St shopping areas. The LUAS line is only one block away. The hotel was spotlessly clean throughout , and staff were without exception friendly and efficiently […] helpful. Only minor gripes were the rock hard bed , and lack of a socket near enough a mirror for a hair dryer. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
Lovely stay has it all but could be a little cleaner.. Eg. Plug hole surround had water mould build up and a couple of corners not paid attention too. Shower heads to big not enough flow also but great place otherwise and would still stay again even though showers should be updated.Genuine Expedia guest review
Everything couldn't have been better from the warm welcome to the comfort and cleanliness of the room. The staff were fantastic could not have faulted them. Will only stay now at the Morrison in Dublin from now on.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Could not fault it.."
Walking distance to temple bar and shops. Very nice rooms, modern, clean, comfortable. There were personal touches like umbrella in rooms and cookies on arrival. Staff friendly. Allowed us to check in early which was a bonus. Everything you want for breakfast. What more could you ask for.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Perfect location and amazing breakfast"
We stayed here for a one night trip to Dublin and the location couldn't have been more perfect. The hotel feels 4 star as soon as you arrive with an ultra modern luxurious feel to everything. The cookies on arrival is a nice touch and the room was way above you average hotel in terms of style and small touches. Minor niggle was that the pillows were […] really hard, I'm sure we could have asked if we'd been staying longer for softer ones. One thing that did bother me was the shower, we had a room with a bath and shower over it (rather than a power shower), the pressure was really poor. It was either a hot trickle or a cool decent shower. (room 222). BUT, the breakfast more than made me forget that, absolutely outstanding breakfast room and selection of excellent food. We had a wonderful stay overall and would stay here again, (but ask for softer pillows and check the shower on arrival!) Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
Fantastic hotel and great service. Room and hotel modern decor. Just across from Temple Bar and the great nightlife. Music on Sat night which was very good. Only regret was I only booked one night and had to leave for home.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Great location in the heart of dublin's city & the staff were nice, but that's as good as it gets. Decor is a little Celtic tiger aka gaudy & the quotes on the walls of my bedroom room was very uninspiring, both visually & literally. Won't be staying again unless it's a free beeGenuine Expedia guest review
"for 1 night only!"
Great to stay in town - so location great. Options on room service limited but plenty of places to eat nearby....Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"A stone's throw from Temple Bar"
Clean, contemporary hotel just across the river from the lively Temple Bar. Decent enough breakfast choice, although a little chaotic. Had to ask for drinks/toast several times before they eventually arrived and trays of hot food empty on both mornings. Enjoyed dinner at The Grill restaurant, with Adam being the perfect host! "Nice hotel close to temple bar"
We stayed at the Morrison Hilton for new year and overall had a lovely time. The hotel is slap bang in the middle of temple bar area so easy to get to everywhere. The hotel was very nice overall and we felt very secure as you need your hotel room key to operate the lifts to the bedrooms, which was very comforting being right on the main high street […] and the hotel was very modern and the interiors were beautiful. Unfortunately this came with a few negatives that would make me not stay back here. The window in our bedroom had a gap when shut so we could hear everything outside as though the window was open. The hot water in the bathroom is on a mixer tap that you could not increase the temperature so even with the water turned up as hot as it goes, was still only luke warm so I couldn't have a bath. The cleaners changed our towels everyday, even though we hung them on the back of the doors to signal we want to use them again (followed instructions as per card in our room) and the evening we went to the restaurant in the hotel, our chips were served half cold and my dessert had a hair in it. I did complain to the waitress about this who just said "oh, shall I replace this", after explaining that it had put me off my dessert, she continued to walk off with no offer of a refund that I then had to ask for myself. We also had a false alarm fire bell go off at 1:30am with no info from the staff! I would recommend this hotel despite these negatives as the good did outweigh the bad. hotel is only just OK I got an offer which is just as well Cant say what was wrong but it just didn't float my boat. Water not hot enough. housekeeping hammering on door and entering room at 8.50 Am on day of checkout. Bully me out !!! "Pleasant ... Close to amenities .."
Rooms very good .. Only comment is entrance to reception and entrance to restaurant being at other sides of street entrances . Restaurant could feel cosier .. Somehow it lacks a sense of warmth in the main area with two separate entrances and through way splitting bar and restaurant ..Genuine Expedia guest review
"Great hotel in centre of town near nightlife"
Went for my wifes 60th Birthday, was given an upgrade to a junior suite which was good of the staff, and some champagne which was appreciated, the hotel is a few minutes away from Temple bar district, and very central for the city centre, the hotel was lovely and the staff very helpful.Genuine Expedia guest review
Friendly staff Enjoyed our stay Beautiful rooms Stay there againGenuine Expedia guest review
Excellent hotel overall. However, I was very surprised to find a plastic barrier sheet under a nice cotton sheet. Last time I remember that was in hostel dormitory. Otherwise great staff and service.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"The best all round hotel in Dublin"
Location next to the river, oasis of calm from the city and temple bar area (which is opposite), clean and quiet rooms. Has the feel (and guests) of a smaller high end modern city hotel and added quality from a premium operator - we walked around Dublin and wouldn't have picked any other hotel. Stay there you will like it too!Genuine Expedia guest review
I loved this hotel, the decor is amazing although it is a little on the expensive side! Also could I ask that you begin to carry Southern Comfort in your bar!! I had a lovely stay and really enjoyed the surroundings in this beautiful hotel.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Stay in Dublin"
I thought the hotel was excellent. Very convenient for me. A local colleague accompanied me so I did not eat in the hotel. The stay was only spoiled by my own carelessness. Somewhere (either in my room or somewhere between there and reception) I dropped a 50Euro note I had previously left on my dressing table! Spoiled an otherwise excellent stay! "Great place to stay in Dublin"
Very close walk to everything central. Staff were so friendly (you even get a warm delicious cookie when you check in). The concierge are very helpful with given you tips and directions. The rooms are central but are nice, quiet, warm and comfortable. I stayed in the gust room with two single beds with my sister and we loved it all. "Very Central Hotel, close to City Centre."
Very nice Hotel, lovely decor & very comfortable. The only problem was that there was a function on & despite closing bedroom window it was impossible to keep the noise out ! Had dinner there which was superb, would definitely recommend this Hotel.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Great, comfortable hotel - shockingly noisy!"
Hotel looks and feels great, rooms are spacious and very comfortable. All was going great and would have got a 5 star rating until we got back to our room to go to bed. Arriving back after midnight, the noise was unbearable, like trying to go to sleep in a nightclub - very loud music and noise from street and surrounding bars - dont go if you want a […] peaceful nights sleep! It all started with the free warm chocolate cookie on arrival - yum! The room was lovely, spacious and clean with bottled water, bathrobe/slippers, Crabtree and Evelyn toiletries. "Styleish & Modern"
We had a wonderful weekend in Dublin, car park is right nextdoor to the hotel, hotel itself is in a fabulous location, the interier of the hotel and rooms was clean and modern, free wifi, only slight gripe was breakfast. Tables were too close together, we weren't sure of what to help ourselves or what to order and my poached egg arrived well after I'd […] finished my cooked breakfast. Other than that the breakfast selection was good. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
nice comfortable hotel and all the usual things were fine with the room but unforetunately the entire place felt slightly characterless and therefore it seemed, whether fairly or not, unfriendly and a bit bland.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"3 nights in Dublin"
Excellent stay! We spent three nights and the location was fantastic. Room was great and staff was very welcoming and helpful. Less than 5 minutes from the Temple Bar area but on the other side of the river, so far enough away from the Temple Bar craziness! Would strongly recommend this place to friends, family or anyone visiting Dublin.Genuine Expedia guest review
"excellent hotel in Dublin"
Great hotel. Friendly and helpfuk staff. excellent location - across the river from Temple Bar.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
We arrived at the Morrison 9 hours late due to missing our connector in Manchester. I had called the hotel while in Manchester and advised them of our delay. Arriving late and without our luggage (thanks United) we arrived tired and ready for some rest. The front desk clerk helped us locate some missing items at local merchants and provided some useful […] information about the area. The room was beautiful overlooking the river Liffey and the Temple Bar area. We ordered room service and the bread pudding was the bomb. We were pleased with our stay at the Morrison and would definitely recommend it. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Love The Morrison!"
Will 100% go back, only minor drawback is some rooms are not as quiet as others, so if street noise bothers you, you may want to ask for a quieter room. I can sleep anywhere so a bit of noise from the streets below does not bother me at all. Otherwise, I really like the hotel and the staff are very helpful, attentive, even remembering me from one month […] ago, remembering my favorite breakfast of Eggs Benedict, etc. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Perfect location for Dublin weekend break."
Fantastic base for toursits .. Easy walk to main sights and transport . Temple bar is a nip across the halfpenny bridge and so only 5 minutes away. Our room was fine, no view but that means no noise... Room 316. Air conditioning was a bit iffy. Breakfast was great... Make sure you are hungry if you have pancakes...Genuine Expedia guest review
"Good hotel in a good location"
Good modern, clean hotel, well placed for shopping on both sides of the river Liffey, and for the nightlife in the Temple Bars area.Genuine Expedia guest review
"great location, very nice hotel"
Great location, perfect to walk to all the sights. Clean and comfortable, and even allowed us to check in very early as we arrived from an overnight flight. Only comment would be the bed and pillows were quite firm, but still got a good rest. No complaints, had a great stay.Genuine Expedia guest review
