The Landmark was an excellent hotel and lived up to it's 5 Star rating. The rooms were spacious particularly for a European hotel. The Underground was across the street which was great. The one comment I would make is the restrauants/bars in the hotel are very pricy but I guess that is to be expected for a 5 star hotel.

Reception & concierge staff extremely accommodating, we were upgraded to better room - it was luxurious and the bathroom & bedroom spotlessly clean. Car park expensive, £40 for 24 hours but what do you expect - it's a 5 star hotel in central London.

The hotel itself is absolutely georgeous. The staff are the politest I have ever come across everyone gives 100% customer service, espcially Nigel the Conciege he was fantastic always willing to help anyone. The following day we spent the day in the Spa, which was worth the £10 entrance fee as we were in there all afternoon. My only complaint is that we wasn't there long enough. Thank you Landmark for a great weekend

A huge, hulking hotel that is lavish and exquisite and wonderful in the heart of London’s Marylebone district. I was at first put off a little by the enormity of its size but once I got the hang of it, it was wonderful. On check in, I was asked if I wanted to upgrade to a deluxe room for just 20 GBP more a night…and I took it. So, my room was large and perfectly comfy. The bath had BOTH a tub and a large walk in shower…a true luxury and rarity for London, even for an upscale hotel. The service was courteous and polite. Basically, this place was exactly with I expected in a 5-star hotel… My only problem was that it wasn’t anything MORE than what I was expecting. The service was flawless but it wasn’t personal. Sometimes, you want more than just luxury…you also want a little personality too.

Every expection was met with this hotel and then some. The staff was incredibly nice and offered assistance at every turn. The hotel itself is grand. The rooms are larger than your typical London hotel and it defenitly caters to the International crowds. This may be pricer than some but well worth the money in our minds and we would stay again. The room was a little warm and the air didnt really help but it was November so they may not have had it on.

The rooms were huge (in fact, I'd guess the originaly hotel room I had booked for my stay in London was the size of the bathroom at the Landmark). Service was exemplary.
