The hotel and the rooms were perfectly fine - showing their age a little but clean and comfortable. The location is terrific - 1 row behind beachfront hotels - 50 yards from beach - right round the corner from great shops, bars and restaurants. Would stay there again.

I loved the location of this hotel however it is a bit disappointing that the Sheridan sits directly in front of the hotel, so the view from your room can be a little obstructed. This was our 5th year for pro bowl. Best hotel. Great location too. I recommend the modest upgrade to an ocean view because the lanai for the room is huge and so worth it. Rooms spacious and clean. Totally enjoyed our stay here!

Our family of 4 recently stayed at the Waikiki Parc hotel for 7 nights. The hotel lived up to our expectations and provided a very convenient location for our stay in Hawaii. The staff was outstanding and always willing to help. The valet staff assisted with our surfboards and other beach gear and they always had a smile on their faces. The hotel was great. Clean room, comfortable bed. Ocean view, all be it bordered by to other hotels. So why rate the hotel 5 but not recommend to friends.....NOISE. The ocean view also overlooks an open area boarded by two other hotels. Cars honking horns, delivery trucks beeping as they back up, construction type noise. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They seemed to take a real interest in me and my visit in Hawaii. Housekeeping did an excellent job of making my surroundings so plesant and comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay there, and when I am in Honolulu again, I will want to book there again as well. Very lovely vacation.

Bad location for early morning delivery trucks with their back-up beeping signals going constantly from 5:30 until 9:00 in the morning. Excellent value and location for Waikiki. The Parc is across from the Halekulani and all the Lewers Street shops and dining. It included a good international breakfast buffet and free parking (a true rarity). It's not a fancy five star hotel but a very good honest value.

My only complaint is that the room could have been cleaner, I had to clean and disinfect the toilet seat and desk. CLEANLINESS counts for so much in my book, maybe an update on their floor would be good. Customer service, location, and price were good. Early check-in a plus! When booking the room, my boyfriend and I read other reviews and most people gave Waikiki Parc at least a 4 star rating. I would not say this is a 4 star hotel. While the staff was very responsive to our issues, the hotel lacked in cleanliness. The first night we were there, before we even sat on the bed, I found a piece of hair between the sheets as […] well as sand. The sheets themselves felt very dusty and unwashed. We asked the front desk to bring new sheets and to change our pillow cases. The bathroom tub looked unwashed and the shower curtain smelt moldy. The bathroom counter and mirror was dusty as if no one had cleaned it since the last guest. Also, our balcony door was broken and wouldnt slide properly and our room phone didn't work the entire time we stayed there so we had to call the front desk using our cell phones. Other than the cleanliness of the room, the location is great its only a block away from the beach. I don't think we would stay there again and I definitely would not rate this hotel 4.0 stars or higher like the other people have on this site. Read more

Really loved this place! The location is great, the staff were all so nice, the room was a bit small but clean and nice (and the beds are SO comfortable!), and the breakfast buffet was really good, and I think a good deal at $12 per person with the 25% discount. Overall, I think this is a very nice hotel and would recommend it to anyone.
