I checked in and waited for the guy for 10 mins. Got to my room and it smelled awful!! The sheets had hair on them and the windows were covered from the outside do I couldn't get sunlight. Was woke up to contractors talking and banging at 6 am and then a man walked into my room while I was in the bed( which was hard as a rock!) He said the clerk told […] him the room was available!! Upon arrival, front desk was closed (this was around 530pm). Finally got someone to help and got checked into a dirty room. Second room was also dirty. Finally got a room that was "clean". the stuff came knocking at the door very early in the morning,after I told them we were still in bed they insisted in doing it by order of management and we had to let them in to inspect the room and they were doing it in all the other rooms also.We thought it was very rude.

Hotel staff was courteous. Room was comfortable , fixtures are old. Fridge is old and scratched, furniture is beat up. When I went for breakfast all there was were bagels and coffe, and juice. For one night it wasn't bad. I will probably won't stay here again, there are better hotels in the same area for about the same price.

I was very satisfied with my stay. If I had to say anything negative it would be the lack of air circulation in the bedroom. The A/C unit in the living room was pumping out the cool air. The outside of the hotel was very nice. The inside was very bad. Not only was it run-down but it was also dirty. Repairs were shoddy. The bathroom had hairs on the floor and on 'clean' unused towels. We felt dirty AFTER showering. We actually scooted our feet across the floor on a towel instead of walking on it:(

I would definitely stay here for one night, but if i was looking for more then that then i would look else where. There is no continental breakfast on the weekends. it was clean and efficient the staff was nice but very old and reminded me of the 70's.

Like the title says, Nothing fancy. It looks very nice from the curb and the lobby. The "Continental Breakfast" consist of bagels and nothing else. The rooms are clean if not simply. If you are just looking for basic, clean and reasonably priced, than this is the place for you.

Hair on bathroom floor from multiple people if you know what I mean, they offered to switch rooms but too tired to play musical rooms. Next day lock stopped working, maintenance never showed, thank goodness someone was still in room to let me in. Mattress felt old and hard.

Kitchen was clean, bathroom was clean, room was clean except for fleas and smelled of animals. Smoke filled our wing and we had to walk through it to get to our room. We go to Jacksonville for appointment with Immigration & Naturalization Services. The location of the Hotel is perfect being 2 minutes away. We always arrive at night (10h00) so it is convenient not to be cramp in a small room. We will go back again through our business wit INS. The price is very reasonable, compare to other hotels.

It smelled awful and there were people who actually lived there. The linen smelled and looked awful there were no soap and the whole building smelled like smoke. Sincce I couldnt gedet my money back I didnt stay and I reported to the manager that their hotel was unsanitary.

Check in was good. No problems. We booked a non-smoking room and were sent to the 3rd floor. The moment the elevator door opened we were hit with a the smell of smoke. We had to walk through the "wall" of smoke to get to our room. The moment we opened the door the smell hit us. It was a combination of urine and rotting food. We didn't complain due to […] the fact we wouldn't be in the room much. Went to a local supermarket and bought some air fresheners and fabric refresher thinkling this would take care of the odor. We emptied the bottle in a day. We booked this room because they offered breakfast. We never saw it. When I asked I was told they weren't aware of breakfast being served. The final nail in the coffin was the morning of check out. I took the dishes and put them in the dishwasher. I noticed in the bottom was several loads of dishwasher detergent in the bottom. I also noticed the food. I closed it and turned it on only to find it didn't work. Made us wonder how clean the dishes were if the room smelled so bad! Read more

Für den Preis sind es gute Suiten. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Obwohl man eine Küche hat, ist ein kleines Frühstück mit inkl. Lediglich die Küche hätte ein bisschen mehr Zubehör vertagen können. Auf jeden Fall weiterzuempfehlen.
