We stay at this hotel quite often it is always clean and most of the staff is very friendly. The girl in the breakfast room is not real friendly almost rude to the patrons. I just over look her because the friendliness of the rest of the staff is awesome. The pool and are the highlight of our stay the grandkids love them both.

The place was nice, but the staff was just amazing and so nice to us. They went out of their way to help us by extending pool hours and being so helpful with a cot, etc. The evening gentleman was so nice and helpful. In addition, the skones at breakfast were amazing. They try to recycle some breakfast items for those staying many nites. Checkout was super too. Great place and super hosts!!!!

I had never stayed at a Baymont before so I didn't know what to expect. It was clean and very adequate for our needs. We did not need a pool or fitness center. The hot breakfast was OK. The instructions to access the internet were very complicated and I was not able to access. Because of this, I would not stay here again.

Needs brought up to date. Room had stale odor and towels were dirty.. Housekeeper just folded dirty towels and put back on rack for use. When I presented the dirty towels at the desk, they took $20.00 off that nights stay. They should have given me that nights stay free!!! Total disappointment!!! Never again will I stay here!!

A one night stop on the way to Michigan. Not a bad stay. The heater had the room like a sauna. We had to run the AC for a little while to make the temperature OK. The lamp fixtures needed updated to the type that has places to plug in your phone, IPad and the like. WiFi worked on our phones, but I didn't try my laptop. The clerk at check-in was great as was the the one at checkout. Be sure you check your receipt for the charge for the in-room safe, we didn't use it but had no problem getting it reversed.

This hotel is very easy to get to. Many new updates with the tv, refrigerator, linens, etc. We had a great time playing in the pool, relaxing in the hot tub. We will definetly use this hotel again in the future

Nice stay. The staff was nice and professional . The rooms are of a nice size, quite and the beds are great with plenty of pillows. Internet worked well and there was a desk in room to work at. The shower has plenty of hot water and pressure. The morning breakfast is in a room that is a little small but was well kept and was well stocked with hot and cold foods. The were several restaurants near by and some shopping. The area around the indoor swimming pool was very inviting. There were some workers staying there from the gas and oil trade going on in that part of Ohio and I think that was the reason for the higher rates. A good place to stay.

Doesn't welcome African Americans,they lady on the night shift took close to an hour to check us in you could just tell she didn't want us there.it was unbearable watching her squirm and stall for time the price was ridiculous the rooms are small .she was just so prejudice it was embarrassing to watch.I know there's still racism in America and she set us back 500 years.we refused to stay there it took her 5 mins to give our money back.so quick to give back our money( wow) I still can't believe how loud and rude she was.I will be calling corporate about this.this injustice needs to end ..her name was AMY.she needs customer service training badly.remember don't show your prejudices at work leave it at home.so sad she works there.we did find a nice hotel with nice people down the street.a lady doesn't need to work that late if she's nervous and frail and etc.we can't stop talking about how Amy treated us.please don't stay there if you're black.
