"Pyramid hotel is horrible"
We were given the wrong type of room at first, but they corrected it. Unfortunately, they only had a handicapped room.available with the one queen that we reserved. When we got to the room there was a smell that burned my eyes. the room was not cleaned very well. The shower had hairs in it. There was an opened, used bar of soap on top of the wrapping […] paper. "Pyramids Hotel-just OK"
My favorite part of this hotel is the indoor swimming area. The pool and surrounding area is larger than most. The breakfast area was too small and needed more choices of food. "A mediocore choice in Allen"
Hotel meets your basic needs, including a basic complimentary breakfast, and complimentary I-Net. Location is convenient (just off of I-75 and close to Allen Dr.), with quiet surroundings and ample parking. Staff are friendly, however I checked out late (around 2pm) and despite letting front desk know, they insisted that I pay 1/2 day rental since maximum […] they could give me was 1pm...which I thought was a bit too much...hotel needs some upgrading and a facelift, including decor inside the rooms, bathroom, bed, etc....for the money that you are going to pay I suggest you book with Holiday Inn (in Allen) or Hampton Inn (off I-75 and Stacey Road in Allen, adjacent to the outlet mall) or Courtyard by Marriot (near Outlet mall in allen) which are better properties.
